This board is for a larger size ATX case if you have full fans and other addons inside of your case. I enjoy the controls that are in the CMOS and their utility programs are solid and I can sense a better and easier control on fan speeds and curves when comparing to other motherboard manufacturers. I understand that this board is also tuned for X3D processors and automatically uses the X3D tuning. I saw how easy it was to turn on the needed features for IOMMU and the manual was easy to read and understand. I appreciate this board for its design and it looks beautiful at night as you can't really see it other than it's amazing design and lighting on the side is like icing on the cake.

Overall a good motherboard. Easy to install both it and relevant components. The manual was easy to follow and find the correct pins for cables. The built in heat sink for the m.2 drive was easy to remove and get the storage installed. The design is nice in that it made installing parts and running fan cables easy. I’ve had motherboards before that are jam packed and make it hard to get my hands in there to screw it down, get hardware snapped in place, etc… I had no issues with this one. The software is good enough for me and easy to use and understand. If you’re looking for a new AM5 AMD chipset mobo I would definitely recommend this one.

The ROG Strix B850 Wi-Fi 7 boards strike a great balance of performance, connectivity, and build quality. They’re excellent for gamers and creators who want strong AM5 support and future-proof tech without going all-out on flagship X870 hardware — just be mindful of driver and setup quirks during initial install.

This is a solid choice if you want a hassle-free, modern setup. It works great with AMD, supports DDR5 memory, and even gives you PCIe 5.0 for future upgrades. You get four M.2 slots, WiFi 7, 2.5 Gb Ethernet, and plenty of USB ports. It has great power delivery, good cooling, is reliable, and upgrade friendly. Makes building a PC feel smoother.

Speedy motherboard installed with zero issues. People saying the mobo light standby light is always on but can easily be adjusted to always off or only on when your PC is actually on in BIOS settings. Only positive things to say to this point.

Really happy with this board. Looks clean in my build (love the white), and it's been running my AM5 setup with zero issues so far. BIOS was easy to figure out, EXPO turned on with one click, and my RAM is running at full speed no problem. WiFi 7 is fast, the USB4 port is a nice bonus, and installing the GPU was way easier with the quick release button. Stays cool too, even when I'm gaming for hours. Wish it had one more fan header but that's really my only complaint. Good board for the price, would buy again.

I got this to replace a tuf b850-plus, and undervolt i put on my cpu caused serious microstutters. After replacing, i can throw an all core -20 with absolutely 0 issues. This board has a very competitive rear i/o scheme (you very likely do not need usb-4, and if you do these are not the motherboards you would be looking for), and is absolutely stunning to look at. A worthy upgrade and near-instant buy when its on sale

Upgraded to a 7800x3d off a 5800x after my previous cpu fried out. This motherboard was a little more expensive than the B550’s I was used to buying but has so many features I have still yet to go through all of them. Came with many amenities and Asus reliability I can trust. Motherboard also had a cool rgb night light while the computer is off.

Built my whole AM5 rig around this board and it's been great. BIOS setup was straightforward even for tweaking fan curves and RAM timings. Runs cool and quiet, no unexpected noise. Compatible with all the modern AM5 components I paired it with — no compatibility headaches at all
