    In starting it was working fine later it starts gpu started crashing first i thought it was driver issue updated the drive did a clean install again still the issue persist and the Gpu crashes randomly even though the temps are fine

    I was able to play some of my newer games again, that my last 7 year old computer was able to play but then all the sudden stopped, so then i got this laptop, is able to play all the games that my old one couldnt play no more

    When it works, it does a good job. The problem is this laptop crashes a lot. From just watching YouTube to playing games, it will freeze and crash. Has happened maybe 10 times since I bought it in July. One of the crashes took to me a BIOS screen. I stay current on updates and always check but it still crashes. Based off my time with it, I would not recommend this one.

    Looks great, great solid build quality, fast speeds, fairly quiet, RGB looks great, pretty good speakers sound quality. Only thing I’d like is a OLED screen at this price, though that’s unrealistic.

    price/performance product. I have been using it for 1 month and I have not encountered any problems. The only missing thing is that it is sold with 16 GB of RAM. It should be 32 GB minimum.

    I wouldn’t really recommend this laptop because of the naming scheme making you think it performs like the desktop counterpart which it does not. Especially at this price point. I was having trouble with games blue screening for no reason which I guess could have been user error but I highly doubt it. They really need to get better about QA/QC these laptops before sending them out.
