The only bad thing about this laptop is that it only has 16GB of RAM. I had to upgrade that, but for the price that I bought it for. It deserves at least 4 stars since everything else is good for a 1440p gaming laptop (via external monitor).

Furthermore, 16 GB of RAM is no longer sufficient to run modern games at 1440p+ resolution with highest graphic presets. The gpu and cpu are sufficient, though.

Only thing i dont like, is the battery life. It doesn't last as long as id like or as long as it says, but with it own dedicated graphics card it makes up for some of it because sims 4 runs smooth. Lol

Closing the laptop "lid" sometimes causes the audio to go out thus forcing a restart. Likely can be resolved with a firmware/driver update but not ideal. Otherwise, beautifully designed device that can handle anything you can throw at it.

Crashes a lot

From just watching YouTube to playing games, it will freeze and crash. Has happened maybe 10 times since I bought it in July. One of the crashes took to me a BIOS screen. I stay current on updates and always check but it still crashes. Based off my time with it, I would not recommend this one.
