Yes, now even you can customize the RAM and upgrade to 64Gb RAM (2x32), and add in another 2Tb SSD for that extra slot. Be sure to allocate your vRAM after the aforementioned installs to 8192Mb. These can all be done after purchasing the product without voiding the warranty. Recommended to play Offline, upgrade to Linux instead of Windows 11 Pro for the best seamless gaming experience. You can use this laptop to for high fidelity design software or even for crypto mining as well. Manufacturers Warranty is only good for 1 Year.

The graphics card would not install properly, I would install drivers, get notification that they were installed, restart the system, and find the graphics card not working in device manager after restart. It was more than frustrating, so I ended up having to exchange the system for another. What made things really awkward, when I returned the system, they asked to see the error, and then it wouldn't power on. Test your systems AS SOON as you get them, especially when you only have a 14 day window to return them!! The replacement system worked MUCH better, though!!

Will upgrade the RAM to 32gb but even as is, I haven't run past the 16 I have now. Great value!

It has very high cuality materials (feels heavy to the touch) which for me is a good sign for a gaming laptop. The fans are powerful and silent. First time I get an AMD chip, so far I think it performs very good for all the things I do (study, gaming, streaming and rendering. Overall, I am very satified with my purchase

So far he’s not had any issues with it. I tested it out with Fusion 360, solidworks 2025, and even installed Creality scan for my scan raptor pro… all of them ran smoother than butter. Since it did so well with my 3D scanner, I decided to get one for myself too.

Haven't really spent a lot of time with it as of now but the time I have spent with it I can't find any complaints. Screen although not 4k is still clear and crisp and great refresh rate. The audio is just fine though I mostly use it with headphones. Played a little Battlefield 6 at regular settings and it ran just fine. I would highly recommend.

Its a laptop so be prepared for higher operating temps. Fans can get nosiy when gaming but it doesnt miss a beat.
