The HDMI port has a severe lag; I can't work or play using an external monitor. The USB-C port is very finicky. With my old gaming computer (HP Omen), I was getting read/write speeds of over 300mbps on my external drive. I was very surprised to get 40 Mbps using the same cables as before. I contacted Asus, and they denied assistance, telling me that because I bought it from Best Buy, they are the ones to provide support... I did not contact Best Buy due to a bad experience with customer service in the past... But after some internet research, some folks reported a better experience with a better USB-C cable... I ended up buying an expensive USB-C cable rated for 40GB. The transfer speed increased from 40 to 180 Mbps, but it's still far from the 300 Mbps I was used to on my old computer with cheap cables. I also can't buy the extended Asus warranty because I bought it from Best Buy... They will force you to buy the Best Buy service plan... Needless to say, I will never buy from Asus again.

Very quiet and stays relatively cool even without a cooling pad. Battery is fairly decent and of course lasts a lot longer depending on what you’re doing ie streaming, or gaming.
