Pros: bright, colorful, and smooth. One of the besg oleds you can buy at this price. The 4k just makes everything pop and clear. I've owned the 1440p version and there were little text fringing but with the 4k version, nothing. Cons: not much cons as its nearly perfect. Just make sure to update the monitor using the cable. There was ome occasion where the monitor turned off randomly and it took 2minutes to boot it up. Other than that, just take care of your monitor by turning it off when not using it, lower the brightness to 70 and dont do too much scrolling with it. Would also buy the bestbuy geek squad warranty as its cheaper than other competitors.

Great picture and amazing features. Have a non oled 4K monitor and you can see the difference instantly. If your pc is high end this Oled monitor is a must have! Gaming is great on it

I purchased a 5080 so wanted a monitor that could take advantage of next gen features like display port 2.1 and dlss 4.5 - previously owned a Dell 1440 360hz qd-oled monitor. I was not expecting the upgrade to be this significant. If you can get this on sale grab it. I've had it since Dec 2025 and have no plans on upgrading again anytime soon.

Holy cow, if you are upgrading from a 1440p monitor, even an OLED one, this one is actually crazy. Can’t see a single pixel it’s pretty much perfect. The color is crazy good too. The prices for these keeps dropping so if you are patient you could probably get this for way lower but if you can afford it and are on the fence by all means buy it it will change your life

Pros: -accurate out of the box colors -response time -resolution -OLED contrast goodness Cons: -expensive -HDR can be a bit on the dim side, Dynamic Brightness Boost option on this monitor is available but it’s a bit too bright. So you either have modes that either make HDR Dim/Accurate or HDR Too Bright Overall: This is by far the best QD OLED monitor you can get at 27” 4K. If you can stomach the price and you have a very dim lit room, you can enjoy everything this monitor has to offer

This monitor is absolutely amazing! The picture quality is crystal clear, colors are vibrant, and it’s super smooth for gaming. Definitely worth every penny! The PPI makes text super clear and if you have a 5090 with DP 2.1 its super responsive.

Well, what can I say? Yes, sure, technology will keep advancing and better monitors will come out, etc... BUT, but if you want a perfect monitor for years to come... THIS IS IT. 27 inches for a monitor size is the sweet spot. The display is beautiful, the colors are beautiful (Look at some demon slayer clips for reference or even Attack on Titan...Put vibrance to 80% and sheesh) and HDR is actually amazing on this monitor. I have this paired with a 5070 FE and I've been running 4K perfectly fine. First time 4K for me as well. To sum it all up though; Life is great, this monitor is great...BUY IT, you won't regret it.

This is my first OLED, and the hype is definitely real—the image quality is amazing. I use this monitor for both work and gaming, which initially made me quite paranoid about burn-in, especially since I often work with large, bright white windows. Thankfully, the built-in safeguards are excellent. The pixel cleaning pop-up is a welcome reminder, and the proximity sensor is a great feature for when I step away from my desk (though I may need to readjust mine, as it can be a bit inconsistent). At 27 inches, it fits perfectly into my dual-monitor setup. My only major frustration is the included DisplayPort 2.1 cable. It’s only one foot long, which is far too short for most setups. If I had known, I would have preemptively purchased a longer cable. Aside from that, I’m very happy with the purchase.

[Employee of bestbuy] Had the 32” model PG32UCDM and although it was good, the 27” PG27UCDM outshines it in every way. The newest display port 2.0 has a higher bandwidth that lets you get more frames, color and features than the hdmi 2.1 found on the PG32UCDM. Since the monitor is smaller the PPI, or pixels per inch, makes this seem crisper too. All around the best monitor I have used and only problem I have now is if I want to upgrade my 4090 to a 5090!

This monitor is great out of the box and lives up to the reviews/recommendations I read before buying that it was the best to handle PS5 console gaming. Just a brilliant picture and responsive; Pricey but worth it.

My only complaint would be the VRR mode sometimes has a noticeable flicker, but I rarely notice it in games as long as your graphics card can handle it fairly well. Could be brighter, but unless you work in a brightly lit office space or face your monitor to a window it's not an issue.

Great monitor! I use it for both work and personal gaming and can not be more happy with my purchase.

[Employee of bestbuy] Im coming from the alien ware 32 inch 4k 240hz OLED display to this Monitor. I cant believe the difference at times. The panel looks my vibrant, the colors pop more, and the i dont see any pixelation… the PPI is so dense that every line looks as crisp as possible. Highly recommend if its in your budget.

I was looking for a monitor with an image similar to that of a ROG Zephyrus laptop, and I finally found it, and everything about this monitor is perfect. I think it's the best monitor ever created.
