I bought this mainly to be able to play a couple of titles one of which is Final Fantasy XIV and it does this well. Depending on how you play ffxiv this laptop might not be the greatest choice because of mappings to the number pad (and the lack of a number pad on this laptop). I was able to change the key bindings to something manageable. (For those that rely on mouse or controller this might not be an issue.). Everything else performs great on it. I love the display it is bright. I love the weight, feel, and look of this laptop. I can't say I like how most gaming laptops look (i think most of them look bulky and not very smooth), but i like the appearance of this model. Battery life is pretty good. It lasts about an hour if you're gaming (but if you're gaming usually you'll plug in for the boosts in performance). And I think somewhere around 4 to 6 hours of normal usage. It has Windows 11 on it, which seems ok so far. Overall it has everything I was looking for in terms of form and function.

This laptop has been a life changer when it comes to getting work done and some games in. It runs most games I've played very well along with Photoshop, its frame rate is amazing for a laptop, and gets the job done. I've recommended this laptop to close friends and family

The laptop has a nice sturdy build, but is still sleek and simple. It is a gaming laptop but it looks just like a regular laptop (no crazy RGB lights). Perfect for college students who want a speedy laptop that can handle moderate gaming (FPS games & MOBA).

Love this laptop. No issues at all. I got it in March. I am not a gamer, but my son is and he recommended this laptop. I usually have an HP Laptop, but they always heat up on me. This one has not done that.

I am more than pleased with this laptop. It is very sleek, lightweight, and has a nice aesthetic. The display features rich & deep colors with its "100% sRGB" capabilities. The battery life can range anywhere from 4 - 10 hours depending on the activity (with about 6 - 8 hours on average based on my personal use). It also has several app & settings to fine-tune the computer for your current needs. Performance-wise, this laptop runs non-VR and VR games with no issues on medium settings. The only minor issues I have seen are that there is no integrated webcam, no ethernet port, and only one RAM slot is upgradable.

Excellent budget friendly gaming laptop. It's smooth. Have played a lot of games on it using the top graphics. Does not hang or crash. Best laptop I ever had.

I love this laptop! The 3060 is a very good Video card that really makes games run well. My only complaint here is the storage and memory Asus decided to use in this laptop. 512GB is NOTHING these days and having only a single M.2 slot made me purchase a 2TB M.2 SSD and 32GB Corsair RAM, again a single RAM Dimm slot. When replacing, I saw they used cheap Intel model RAM and SSDs. Regardless of buying this on sale today in 2023 or purchasing it full price back in 2021 when it was released, you would just expect better quality storage in a "Gaming" PC. OK, Rant over. I love this laptop AFTER my upgrades. In general, I do recommend it if you can find this on sale for $800-$900 and spend another $150-$200 for a bigger SSD and RAM.

I've been using this laptop for a month now, and i genuinely feel this is the perfect laptop for both work and gaming. It has enough horse power to play any game on this at 144hz, and 14inch compact size to carry around wherever you want and need.

I love this laptop, i use it for college and gaming on the go. Occasionally i use it for crunchyroll to to make sure i stay up to date on my anime shows. Battery is very long and it also has a turbo mode to keep your pc cool when gaming.

Amazing laptop, runs all games really smooth on low to medium settings. The battery life is not as good as I thought it would even if I keep it on silent mode (lasts around 4 hours before charge is needed).

Just wish it has my space im gone to have to add more space to it

Wish it had a bit more RAM for being a game computer. Within the first couple weeks of gaming I had to purchase an external hard drive, because I could only have two games at a time downloaded.

Perfect travel gaming machine. I bough this specifically because I needed a notebook that was powerful enough to play most games, but small enough to fit in my backpack with another notebook I use for development. This sleek package totally works for this purpose.

Great laptop. I got this laptop for $800 for my girlfriend to get into PC gaming and for work from home use. She is loving it. Just the only negative or benefit of this laptop is there is no includes webcam on this model.
