I phrchaed this laptop as an open box, which was listed in Excellent condition. Cosmetically, it was beautiful and there were no scratches, damages, etc. However, once actually powered on and used, I noticed the insane overheating. I have a cooling pad, which helped reduce the heat somewhat, but the device would begin overheating at the slightest usage, like simply getting on google. I also began to notice a coil-whine whenever the backlight for the keys turned pn. It was very randome though, and sometimes would whine super loud, while other times not. Not to mention, battery life on gaming laptops is not great to begin with, but this battery life was absolutely horrible in general. I got maybe 45 minutes of play-time before I had to plug in. I ended up returning the device because I was skeptical of its long-term performance.

A very good laptop for the cost. I was surprised how well it has run games like Civ VI and Age of Empires 4. It does get hot, but the fans seem to be doing a good job keeping it cool. Worth taking a look for a good little machine that package a punch.

Noise, portability, and looks were essential for me regarding this device. With the ability to change the fan speed, and its long-lasting battery for note-taking, this laptop suits my needs.

I really like this laptop, the first priority for me was to use SolidWorks flawlessly which my old laptop could not pull off. It handles everything like a champ. The battery life could have been better but it is still worth it.

The laptop is very good overall with high-end graphics and processor. The only revolting thing is the lack of a webcam, due to which I had to return it back.

This has been a really good laptop, there’s just a weird thing that happens where the WIFI won’t connect at all and you have to hold down the power button for 60 secs before it works again. But other than that it works perfect!

Purchased laptop for my son who is going to college. Wanted something with a good processor and video card and this fit the requirements. Runs his games well and MS office runs smoothly. Not having a webcam was not an issue since most laptops do not have good cameras anyway.

By far the best laptop I’ve ever used. I use it for school and it has never had a hiccup in the 2 years I have owned it. Also runs any game I want to play at high fps. Very smooth with the higher refresh rate

Really enjoyed the laptop runs games well, I tested Jedi Fallen order and it ran great. Only flaw is that it doesn’t come with a camera. There is another model that does though.

Good laptop overall. A little slower with start up than I had thought it would be. It also glitches sometimes, which is strange since I pretty much only use it for Microsoft Word and Google suite.
