The keyboard stopped working. If you hold down the power button and the ASUS splash logo comes on to force turn off after so many tries the keyboard will start randomly working again... Never will I ever recommend a ASUS product. I just have a USB hub on the side with a keyboard and mouse plugged into it as a spare for when people come over and play LAN games. Don't buy refurbished by new so at least the warranty would be active of purchase. Learned my lesson.. The

Great cost to performance Ratio, no Ethernet port.

Suggestion: Buy a cooling stand, not because the heat affects the performance, but because it feels better on your hands.

Weirdly enough, the PC got stuck a couple of times showing the blue screen, not sure if it's due to the AMD chip inside.

I needed a good work computer, and this one was $500 off during this year's early Black Friday sale. I could not beat the price for the specs this laptop provided. A few annoying things though: - No power light to indicate laptop is successfully charging when it's closed, and charger is plugged in. - No lip, or curvature to open the laptop from the closed state. Very awkward to open it by lifting up from the sides. - No way to turn off backlit keys, so if you need to readjust your hand placement, it's a bit annoying.
