Ive been very disappointed. With this purchase It freezing and wont turn on .my son uses this for college it was a huge mistake. Im trying to get them to replace ir store credit.

It gets hot but if you overlook that it's an awesome pc

I will never purchase another ASUS computer again, this computer is among the worst I’ve had. It overheats, I’ve received a unit that had the screen bent, and another unit that over heated to its max, I will never trust ASUS products.

Good fast laptop, able to play most games at 70fps.

Bought as a gift during the sale for younger sibling seems to handle everything he’s using it for. Solid purchase however I would reccomend getting the version with an upgraded graphics card of going to be used for gamin as his main use is for music production

I liked this laptop but after less than a month it seems to be suffering hardware failure. Windows recovery, then ASUS recovery, now it can't even get past the BIOS screen.

Then you play games or use some heavy program to hi working temperature. Some time divece show me error can find in system NVidia graphics card

While only performing low demand tasks such as searching the Internet, checking emails, reviewing accounts, etc. with only three or four non-streaming tabs open (including one with ads like Yahoo's main page), this laptop has frozen several times. My two very old Windows 7 32 & 64 bit laptops, Windows 7 64 bit desktop, and Windows 10 desktop almost never freeze even while streaming movies or Youtube videos.

I've only had this laptop for about 3 days and I've got to say that I'm a bit conflicted in my thoughts. First, the build quality of the Asus ROG Zephyrus is top notch. It doesn't feel cheap and feels sturdy and solid. It was well packaged when it arrived. Boot it up, and I was able to quickly setup Windows 11 and get my personal data transferred over. I expect my kids to use the laptop from time to time as well, and they may do some occasional gaming, though nothing I expect will be taxing (Roblox, Fortnite, Micecraft, etc.). There were some items that left me perplexed on the design of this PC. First, I was hoping to use this PC as a work PC as well as a gaming PC. What I didn't realize was that there is no integrated webcam in the PC, which makes Zoom and Teams calls a challenge when being on camera is expected these days. I can always add a USB camera, but at this price, it wouldn't have killed Asus to include a front facing camera for gamers / business people to use. The second drawback is that the SSD is only 512GB. If you are a serious gamer, which I am admittedly not, though I do occasionally play, you are quickly going to fill up that SSD. Expansion is limited as well... as there appears to be no additional M2 slot for SSD expansion... at best you can replace the 512GB slot, which again feels like an oversight. With graphics cards dropping in price these days, I'd expect a larger SSD or some expandability to be included at this price point. But in terms of overall performance, gaming is great for modern PC gaming with the included Nvidia 3060 and Ryzen 7 processor. Games I were able to test, like Forza Horizon 5 and Grid Legends play great. The 144Hz screen is great. The keyboard is backlit, which is nice, although for some reason I had a little trouble seeing the keys at an angle when the laptop was on my desk. And for a gaming laptop it is significantly more portable than my previous laptop. Weighing in at about 3.5 lbs, this laptop is significantly lighter than my previous hefty unit that was about 5 years old. For me, there are many more plusses than minuses for this laptop and the things I highlighted may be unimportant to some of you reading this. For me, like I said, the biggest detractor actually is probably the lack of a webcam, because it means that when I use it for work I now will need to carry a USB camera, which if fine, but really should have been included.

Bought as used - excellent, was sent a device that had bitlocker enabled with another user signed in, rendering it completely unusable. Laptop was also covered in fingerprints, not sure I would label this excellent condition. Contacted Best Buy support for a replacement. They issued one, then canceled and stated they had none in stock to send. Missed out on other deals during the time due to this. Fairly disappointed with how this was handeled.

Great little performer in a fantastic white chassis! Excellent keyboard! I like the no camera setup. Good screen! Great heat (90-100C)! Get a separate keyboard and mouse!

System is great, pick up on time, employees Very helpful, free downloads not so good, can not ever access the liabrary and its not a priorty for them when asking for help.

I bought this computer in an emergency based on the processor and specs I wanted, but it's junk. it has crashed regularly since tha day I bought it, the speakers burned out within 6 months of having it and I hate this thing. If you like junk, and want to waste your money, you should buy this I have had better computers that were 300 to 350 bucks. at least those were reliable. this thing is junk, and always has been.

It's a good laptop, but the size is a bit of a disadvantage for the cooling

I love it! One of the best decision i have made! Upgrading from my very old laptop to this ROG was definitely worth and the sale price was amazing! Love it!

Minor complaint, win 11 has an issue with alt codes on laptops without a built in num pad, theres a few work arounds but still its annyoinfg.

Very solid gaming laptop and perfect for 1080p. My only problem is fps drops to 30 fps when charger is unplugged.

This unit is massive power packed into a 14” frame. If you can find this model for less than $1000, just buy it, you wont be disappointed,
