Unlike the Dell I purchased along with this Asus, the Asus flat out works great! The keycaps have not lost their ID markers, the touchpad works flawlessly and overall this is the finest laptop I have owned from Best Buy to date! Highly recommended? YES!!!! It is fast, runs cool, runs quiet and does everything I need without fault! And id I mention that the alphanumeric markings on the keyboard are still there? Unlike my new Dell reviewed elsewhere they are! And the touchpad works! My Dell doesn't work with any degree of consistency but this ASUS is, again, FLAWLESS! I have zero problems and zero regrets with this excellent, quality built laptop! Thank you Best Buy and ASUS!

Great laptop! Happy with its performance and screen quality! To game for over an hour computer must be plugged in or the battery will drain super fast, other than that this computer is perfect! Lightweight, cool design and great for gaming!

It’s a perfect computer for exactly what I wanted. To do a little school and play some games on it. It has a very good battery life and I don’t need to keep it on the charger at all times even when I play games that perform well.

I got this laptop a little over a year ago. I love it so much! So far nothing dire has happened and is running great! Optics has always been impressive. Definitely gets very hot and battery goes fast when playing games that require more effort like Cyberpunk, Sims, Hogwarts legacy. But 5 stars because it does what is says and is reliable. Perfect for my casual, cozy gaming style.

This laptop is the best at the price I got. Performance, Size, and Screen quality everything is the best. The only thing missing from this laptop is a camera. But can work out with that part by attaching an external device.

It is a very comfortable computer, easy to carry, it heats up a little but in general with a coolant you are fine, excellent for playing at high speed

I love this laptop! I use it for playing Sims 4, and it does a wonderful job with all of my mods and expansion packs! It does run a tiny bit hot, but what gaming computer doesn’t?

It allows me to run many games smoothly. Although the computer gets hot when the highest quality is turned on, it is a very good computer.

Peformance is excellent, but battery life could be a lot better and the temps get a bit high for my taste

I bought this laptop as a graduation gift for my son when it went on sale and it was an absolute steal at the price. It performs very well, light weight, handles all the games we have thrown at it and it looks nice.

Trust the reviews, even after shutting down all other applications it still runs hot. Even so, still a good pc, run fortnite, paladins, overwatch on it just fine.

I bought this open box laptop and initially was pretty nervous with buying a "used" laptop. Once I started using this, I was blown away, this is probably one of my best purchases ever for budget laptop gaming! It has great performance and has never given me any issues. I highly recommend purchasing another SSD and replacing with a larger capacity and doing a clean install of Windows. There is a considerable amount of bloat that does come downloaded on the PC. I would also recommend not using Armory crate, but to download G-Helper to run the fan speeds of the CPU and GPU. Makes it run smoother in my opinion and cooler as well.

Great lap top for the price. Performs great for the games that my wife has been playing on it. I would recommend getting a cooler with it as it gets pretty hot. Battery life is just ok as well.

Not a bad laptop! Can play cities skylknes easily on medium settings, and is great for multitasking. Battery life is decent as well. Great for students or gamers!

Excellent laptop for my business needs in creating graphics. Very fast. The perfect combo of screen size and weight. This is the second ASUS ROG Zephyrus laptop I've bought with the same specs.

This notebook is a powerful laptop with great battery and performance coming at approximately 3.7 pounds of weight. It also has great costumer support. A great purchase.

If you can get it at the right price, this is an amazing bang for the buck. Memory is upgradable with one available slot, 24GB max. Runs smooth and is relatively light.

This was a great find! The ROG Zephyrus is portable but still packs a punch and can game anywhere! Getting this on open box made it a sweet deal too!
