Good product, in paper.

But struggled a lot to install the correct drivers for the wi-fi to work and as soon as the return period ended it started to stutter and the touchpad started having issues, now ray-tracing doesn't work in most games and the computer has blue-screened twice in a week.

After daily use, the fan blows like a helicopter. And after less than 2 months of use, the USB socket has become loose.

Not worth the amount of money they want

Broken and would not give a full refund.

I returned it and they charged me $30 for the software that was included in the bundle (free) and would not allow me to get my money back even though I did not activate the software.

Consumers type situation with no to give
