Perfect College Student Laptop
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this last month, and it’s a definite upgrade from my last. I have school and online work. The colors are bright and it runs super quick. I’m not much of a gamer, at most maybe Minecraft but I have never had any running issues so far. One thing is that the laptop does gets pretty warm, which hasn’t caused any problems but just make sure it’s on a flat surface to ventilate. Sometimes I charge the laptop before using and I flip it upside down on my desk so the vents are to the air. It seems to have a fairly good battery for everyday use. Though I will mention when I play Minecraft (it has great graphics!) it does die a bit quicker compared to when it’s used for work and documents, which obviously makes sense. So I usually have it plugged in when playing. I think this is a great overall laptop and would definitely recommend to college students!

Quality control issues but steller laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ended up returning mine because it was slighly bend and it would wobble when I was typing on it. This would be a easy 10/10 if it wasnt for the quality control issues. The screen, battery and performance was absolutely top notch for the price. I would recommend buying this and worst case is you’ll just get a refund.

Don't judge a computer by it's size
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is so amazing. Specially If you're looking for something portable that does gaming best in 1080p, something that has amazing battery life (i'd say 10 hours or a bit more, considering the few options for windows laptops) then you can not go wrong with this device. I had it for about two weeks and initially my goal was to get something with a bit bigger screen and hence ended up returning it and instead got the asus m16 3070ti. But seriously, to be honest, the sound and the way it works is so awesome. In restrospect, i really fell in love with that little computer. If i could I would've kept it. Trust me, you can not go wrong with it. And yes it does a get bit hot and noisy, but all gaming computers are like that or even worse. If you do get it, you're welcome. You will enjoy it for years to come. Enjoy it.

Great value gaming laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had somewhat of unique requirements for my laptop purchase. I have a desktop gaming PC that's 3 years old and still running amazing. I had a first gen Surface Go for traveling and some drawing, but at 4 years old it became very sluggish and nearly unusable. A new Go runs about $580 but I decided I wanted something that would play some PC games as well. Snagged this laptop once it was on sale for $999 and it's perfect. Not too heavy for a gaming laptop amd beautiful screen. Runs The Sims 4 perfectly. I did buy a lap desk separately to keep the warm bottom off my legs while using it on my lap but honestly it gives me the ability to use a separate mouse for gaming anyway. I love that i can upgrade one memory stick and that the SSD is swappable. For the money, this laptop is amazing and I hope will last longer than simple Go.

Nice Design but Disappointing Battery Life
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m writing this review on this laptop, and I really wanted to love it, but it’s been incredibly disappointing. I’ve had it for two years, and within the first month, I was already considering returning it. I originally bought it for 3D modeling and PC gaming, mainly for The Sims 4, which has relatively low system requirements. However, right from the start, I noticed it heats up quickly, after just 30 minutes of use, which led me to invest in a cooling pad but the heat was still concerning. The battery life is a huge letdown. I expected to get at least 1-2 hours while 3D modeling or gaming, but I barely made it 46 minutes before needing to plug it in. Even simple tasks like web browsing drain the battery. Just now, in 20 minutes of use, the battery dropped by 20%. I honestly don’t know if I just got unlucky with a faulty unit. On the plus side, it’s a nice size with a 14” screen, and it wasn’t too hard for me to adjust to. I appreciate its lightweight and portability, and I love the overall design and white color, which is rare for PCs. It’s also fast, and the keyboard is comfortable, although I do miss having a number keypad. It’s too late to return it now, but at this point, I don’t use it for what I originally intended. Instead, I ended up investing in a new desktop. I still use this laptop occasionally when I don’t feel like sitting at a desk, but only for basic tasks.

It’s Actually Pretty Great
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I saw lots of negative reviews for this laptop but turns out most, if not all were for a previous year model. The latest is what I purchased and I am definitely happy with it so far. The laptop has incredible specs and runs great. There doesn’t seem to be any of the issues that people had with the older versions. My only complaint is it definitely runs hot sometimes. There are workarounds for this though, like disabling turbo mode (which isn’t actually needed really, not sure why it’s even an option..). I bought this laptop for college and gaming and so far so good. I wouldn’t say it’s worth buying at full price, wait for a sale if you can!

Amazing
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was holding out out for the 40 series GPU's or the newest and greatest. I can say I made the right choice bu going with the all amd laptop and have no worries about how it will handle games in the years to come. Outside of persoamnce it is an amazing laptop that is thin and has premium build quality. I have no problem pulling this out in my conference room or the Airport. White isn't a color i was excited about, but this laptop looks great! If you find this on sale like I did ($1050) then stop your research and click the "buy now" button on this laptop. You won't be disappointed!

Buy this laptop!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop after watching a lot of youtube reviews. I do have to say I am very impressed. It is just a great powerhouse. Using it for music production and some gaming. This thing can keep up with the M2 Macs. AMD cpu and gpu combo give it tons of power. They share the work load if needed. May need to change the Armory Crate settings off of Turbo bc some others were having problems. Not me though. 2 weeks in and I am seriously in love. The screen is big enough. It feels great to use this laptop and the little details are super fun. I am telling you I am now an ASUS fan, an ROG fan and definitely a Zephyrus fan now. I hope they continue with this all AMD line. Especially for music production.

Fantastic Computer with some QC issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The screen on this laptop is one of the better ones I've seen on a Windows laptop and super bright. With the 6 series processor and GPU, you won't have any issues playing most games and doing productive work. Battery life is excellent, if not amazing particularly for a gaming laptop. I averaged about 8-10 hours doing light productivity work, web browsing, and videos. On my unit, I had light bleed issues, loose trackpad, and the temps were really high. An update mostly fixed the temps, but they were still 80+ when doing light productivity work. From what I've been reading though, this shouldn't be to much of an issue long-term. Definitely recommend this laptop. Maybe wait a bit perhaps for a sale or when some of the kinks are worked out?

Best college laptop for engineers
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use it for college. Great little notebook
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty impressed, even in turbo the fans are quieter than I expected. Panel has some IPS bleed but I’ve seen worse, and the 6700s/6900hs seem like a great combination for pretty decent performance in a small package. Build is incredible, I prefer the design of this to my old Razer Blade Stealth. No problems with AMD drivers so far, but ray tracing performance here is pretty underwhelming compared to Nvidia’s offerings. That said I think it’s worth the trade off for SmartShift. Battery life when not gaming is comparable to a high end ultra book. It won’t last long with even light gaming but that’s to be expected, and it’s nice to be able to pop in a 100w USB C charger and still get a fair amount of performance in a pinch. I think you could get away with nothing but a GaN charger for a weekend trip no problem. For any FFXIV players out there, I see an average of 95 fps in most zones, dips to 50 in the Limsa crowd on Laptop (high) settings at native resolution. R6 Seige stays at 120fps, with a 1% low of 108 on maximum. If you’ve been waiting for a truly sleek, modern looking and small laptop that packs a punch, this is the one.

Good for work and gaming
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The laptop is good, but I always have issues with blue screen crashing. It gets super hot too after short use. I wish the screen was a little bigger too. The picture quality is great, and I get good fps on warzone in 1080p.

Good for most, with a few downsides.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop's user experience was amazing. The keyboard and trackpad were nice to type on and the screen was nice to look at. The speakers were passable and the port selections were nice too. For my battery life, when watching youtube videos and general web browsing, I was able to get around 6 hours of use from 80%-0%. That's alright battery life, but I wish it was a bit better. My settings were Optimized (Eco on battery), 60hz, ~50% brightness, dgpu off, 2560x1600. Its heat management is ok. When just watching youtube videos or browsing the web with dgpu turned off, the laptop exterior does get warm, with the CPU reaching around 50C. When gaming, even for less graphically intense games like Minecraft or TF2, I had trouble keeping the CPU temps down. I had to reduce the power consumption and up the fan speed in manual mode to get the CPU to be around 80C. Overall, this laptop is a great buy for most people and casual gamers. The looks are stellar and the user experience is amazing. Heat is sort of an issue, but it can solved by upping the fan speed and lowering the power consumption.
