Had to return the 1st one due to a faulty wifi card but 2nd unit is flawless. I am thoroughly impressed with the performance of this thing and nothing comes close at the sale price.

I bought this for my son for college. It has been awesome for him being in a dorm! It works great with the WI-FI and works great for school work and for his gaming needs!

It’s fine, performs well enough but I had to call Asus support due to an issue where it kept crashing while playing games or streaming. It is currently running much better, though it does still suffer the occasional crash. I expected more for this price.

Been using this for a month plays almost everygame i throw at it, works amazing at school. Long battery life if you optimize the battery settings and disable to deticated gpu

I use this everyday. It’s been wonderful for school and for gaming. Wonderful finance deal and was able to pay it off quickly.

Super cool if you want one machine for work, personal use and gaming. But, the machine is a compromise from every perspective: heavier and thicker than other 14” business and personal laptops. It can’t quite perform as well as a 15” gaming laptop. The battery life is good, only if you baby it. Still, super cool.

Its well equipped other then its cooling capabilities just poorly designed I had issues out the gate thing was very hot sitting on a desk just running browser can’t imagine how games run on it.

I purchased an "Open Box - Excellent" model that turned out to have a few minor defects (buzzing speaker, cooling system needed to have the thermal compound replaced). I brought it back to the store hoping to exchange it, but was told I would need need to pay a higher price (even if I was exchanging it for another open box model) since the laptop was no longer on sale. Seems like a poorly designed point of sale system if it can't allow for an in-policy (15 days) equal exchange. Manager told me there was nothing he could do and that I should call 1-888-BESTBUY. I called, and they told me there was nothing they could do and that I should go back to the store. Ended up returning the laptop because no one could figure out how to process an exchange. Shame, because it's a nice laptop. Best Buy needs to update their point of sale software.

Great performance, good price, only issue is battery duration isn't great when running more demanding apps off of battery, but performs amazing with some optimization

This laptop is great! It can handle all the tasks I need for college and much more!its worth spending the money, definitely a great investment

It's very nice when it works. The build quality is not in question. But there are little sounds. Operational hiccups. Blue screens. Radio drop-outs. Waking and running hot issues. I'm just glad I got it on a deal or I'd feel probably feel poorly about it.

Amazing laptop, but ended up getting a defective unit, laptop screen doesn't power off when the lid is closed and the built in camera doesn't work. Everything else works fine, battery life last longer than expected.

Great performance at 1440p high refresh rate at medium to high settings, manageable thermals and fan noise after changing Amoury crate settings. Well worth the spend!! Highly recommended

I love this laptop. Its a beast and I use it for gaming and as a software engineeering studnet in UNI. This thing can handle mostly everything i can throw at it!

I was in the market for a work and gaming laptop more portable than my venerable M15r3, and the G14 fits the bill quote well. Positives: Fast. I picked up an open box 2021 G14 but returned it to purchase this. Geekbench, PCMark, and VRMark scores are higher compared to the 2021 model, particularly multi-core and graphics scores. The 6700s is faster than last year's RTX 3060 (probably due to the higher TDP). A webcam. It's not the best, but it beats not having one at all. This was one of the reasons I opted to return the other g14. Much improved keyboard and trackpad. This was the other. The silver and white combination in the 2021 model often washed out, but the white keyboard, which matches the rest of the laptop's color scheme on the 2022 model, is much easier to see and comes with RGB lighting (single-zone). The keys feel great, probably on par with my Alienware laptop. Bright, sharp 16:10 screen. I appreciate the extra height, and the screen is bright and vibrant. The Bad It runs hot, though I haven't had the laptop shut down during extended gaming sessions. I expect this out of a gaming laptop though. Coil Whine under load (sometimes). It isn't constant, but I occasionally hear a crackling noise as a game spools up. Odd Flickering at 120hz. I noticed flickering on the right side of the screen at first; upon closer examination, I could see a series of thin lines moving up the screen. I was initially concerned that I'd have to return my newly-arrived machine, but the flickering vanished when I unplugged the computer, which automatically sets the machine to silent mode. Setting the screen refresh to 60hz removes the flickering entirely. This might be related to heat or a driver, so I'm going to hold on to the laptop for the moment in case there's a resolution.

Should be better made. Had a lot of issues with this unit crashing and getting a blue screen after a year. Tried to clean install windows 11 which required internet to reinstall. Used my phone to tether internet to the PC to install. Then I had to spend hours reinstalling drivers to get it working but its still not great. The unit also gets extrememly hot.

Quite fast performance laptop plus light weighted! Wish it was a 4k screen and it could have been more perfect. Battery life is great as well.

Excellent gaming laptop. Lightning fast w/great graphics card. It's lightweight and versatile. The 1 TB SSD allows for me to put many games on it. The price was just right.
