When I bought this ASUS G14 last year, I had to RMA it once. Unfortunately, the replacement unit soon started having issues as well. The laptop would randomly shut down, even under light gaming loads and moderate temperatures. Initially, setting the power limit to 99% seemed to fix the issue, but as time went on, the problem worsened. By the time I realized that the motherboard needed to be replaced, the laptop was already out of warranty. I’ve never owned a laptop plagued with so many quality issues. My wife and I enjoy playing games together on the weekends, but in the year that she owned this laptop, we weren’t able to game at all due to the constant crashes. It’s completely nonfunctional. I would never touch Asus laptop again.
