Even an agent I spoke with said that overheating and fan problem is crazy on this model! Don’t waste your money! Plus they send me defected product. There is a defect on the screen and they say it is customer mistake.

I had to get it serviced multiple times because it would suddenly get stuck in boot loops. One of the USBs on it went out after only like 10 months and I eventually just had to get rid of it because the keyboard would stick and it was not able to be fixed.

Horrendous Battery Life and Cooling

The G14 has a tendency to generate a lot of heat at idle. The CPU will ramp up at idle, the fans will crank, and it will drain the battery in 1-2 hours with no programs running. Drivers, tinkering with settings, installing Windows 10, reinstalling drivers-- nothing works. It is inconsistent, and will run for hours but as soon as the fans and CPU kick themselves on, your laptop enters a cooling-- ramping death spiral. I'm typing this review with one window open on a web browser. The CPU Temp is stable at 67C and the GPU fans, despite the GPU being off, are running at 3400 RPM. Total battery time available, 90 minutes from a full charge.

The build quality is superb, and it feels nice to hold and type, but that's where it ends. It overheated so much that it started crackling and couldn't boot up for 10 minutes. This was just from starting up Windows and running a basic app. I did not feel safe using it any further, and I have returned it since.
