I love the computer but sometimes when I’m using drawing softwares it will get really hot.

I like it and it’s work very good i am satisfied..

I like like the computer works really well for gaming in every day use but the one con about this computer is that it does have loud fans when it runs for short periods of time

It worked great for the 8 months I had it. The graphics card was much better than my asus and the performance was super smooth. It was compact and light so it was good for travel. Unfortunately, come 8 months out, my device started to malfunction. The drivers started to go missing randomly without any underlying cause. According to Reddit, this is a known issue with this device. But after having Best Buy send it out the their service center (because reinstalling the BIOS didn’t work, or much less rebooting it in safe mode), the device came back and didn’t even power on two days after picking it up (again). I guess what I’m saying is with this laptop it’s a hit or miss and I just got really unlucky. Now the biggest issue I had while my device worked was the fan. The screen pops up to allow the fan to breathe, which works great on a flat surface but not amazingly on a lap. This results in the computer getting super hot. This is a major design flaw that seems smart at first then, not when you release the laptop can’t breathe on your lap. So you’re going to want to get one of those laptop mat fan things. You can get them pretty cheap. So either get the best buy protection plan or find a place you can get it with yearly warranty to make sure you don’t have to deal with the problems I did.

For my son who uses it for school work, and gaming yet light and small enough to carry in his pack. Has enough power to handle AAA games and/or multi applications. Battery life is ample for running programs all day. Playing big, battery draining games will need electricity in a short time. Probably are better laptops out there but not at this price level. Most importantly, he really enjoys it.

Let me start off by saying.. this wasn't the product for me. BUT this is the PERFECT laptop for someone who wants a legit slim gaming laptop with extreme portability and superb performance. You're getting a fast and responsive 2k screen paired with a powerful Ryzen 9 that has the best battery life I've seen from a gaming laptop yet! The only thing I would caution against is something you already know and something I didn't want to get used to. The magnesium alloy + plastic feel for the laptop wasn't something I was a huge fan of as I like the built quality of my laptops to be "mac like" and the closest you will get to that will be a razer. But this laptop is brighter and has a longer lasting battery than most if not all razer laptops. I would say if you can look past the plasticky feel and you want a powerful gaming ultrabook, this is for you!

Amazing laptop, I use it for gaming and plays any game that I throw at it, also if not gaming I use it for other light usage like YouTube or browsing the web and the battery lasts a lot. Specially on sale for $1099, it’s a no brainer. 16:10 display, super light, great specs.

Small yet powerful with little to no issues. Great price point right now.

This is a very good laptops. There are no hiccup with this ine the inky problem that i think with this one is that the laptop has a weak hing so it just needd to be careful with this one. If someone is looking for a gaming laptop and professionals laptops which looks dope and have a great battery life at this price point this is the ine i will pick for anyone.

Not only did I buy this amazing laptop from bestBuy, I bought two! The deal was too good to pass up. My son owns the previous version, and he has had great luck with his. No other computer came with this much power for the price. I like everything about this computer-- size, power, and battery life!

Nice and slim gaming laptop. Perhaps the slimmest laptop in this category. Performance is decent. It can run hot at maximum specs however for normal tasks, it is not that bad. You have options to control cpu and gpu if you don't want the heat. The ability to turn off decrete gpu is helpful.

This laptop is top notch, never felt like there wasnt anything it couldn’t handle. My only gripe is that when the games are cookin and the realization that you’ve been gaming for TOO long sets in and you try and get back to work the keyboard at the top and middle (F# keys and T Y U keys) are HOT! Fans are loud ish but nothing unusual. But other than that, a solid performer all the way around!

I bought this laptop for my son for college (he's studying engineering) because some professors told him that gaming computer has the power to run the programs they will use. I never expect all that power in a laptop and he enjoy the flexibility of the size because it's easy for him taking it everywhere. Highly recommend 10/10

It runs really well, only downside is it gets extremely hot but thats on me for getting a gaming laptop rather than desktop

It's a great value at $999. The Amd CPU and GPU work very well together, it's light enough and great for traveling. I'd recommend it to a friend.

I had major issues with this laptop the first day i purchased i took it home the display was beautiful but the laptop would have blue screen error issues every 15-20 seconds of doing any task in windows, gaming,web browsing, youtube. My g14 from 2021 has major heating issues which this one was better but still to hot for just cs go gaming!

What they did here is truly amazing. This little guy is a monster for gaming. The one thing that I did not take into account is the Heat this thing could generate. Why make a laptop that its only portability use case is to move it from one desk to another. You cannot play games on this thing, and place it on your lap. Although this is an amazing laptop, because of the heat it generated, I decided to go with a desktop that I could get similar performance out of, a much larger screen, and would not get so hot I would feel like I could cook hot dogs on top of it.

Honestly was looking for a school computer and also a gaming computer because let’s be honest I like playing video games on my downtime.This laptop does just that and it’s super fast and can multitask. It does run out of battery faster if you’re playing Roblox or sims 4. But overall I am happy with my purchase!
