This is a awesome laptop, it's just that ROG lacks the cooling system, it tuned too hot, not kidding I have to return this because it tuned up to 100f when I carried it back in my backpack from school, everything else is perfect

I cam from a MacBook pro to the G14 and it's been an amazing experience. Couldn't ask for a better machine

The overall experience has been great. It's a powerful laptop in a smaller chassis. It suits get hot during gaming but since I use it in the table, nothing too unbearable. However it cannot be used in lap if we are doing anything remotely heavy as it generates too much heat. I've had a small issue with coil whine. While not the biggest deal breaker, it does get very annoying if the room is very quiet and the fans are idle and not making sound.

So far so go. Working as expected, the machine does run hot as people say, but not crazy hot level.

For the size, this laptop packs an impeccable punch.

Bought this gaming laptop for my son as a gift for his birthday so far is been working find for his games plus he used it for college stuff the price was perfect for what this little machine can do.

HOTTER THAN THE SAHARA DESERT! I believe I got one of the many defective models that runs extremely hot when doing no tasks. Im talking burn your fingers playing runescape or working on some classic piece of modern art in MS paint. I am currently waiting for my new unit, but that has been very delayed. The build quality, keyboard, trackpad and monitor are all super nice though.

This laptop isn't as thin and light as an Ultrabook or a MacBook Air, but it's a lot more powerful and flexible when you consider what apps it can run well and what rigors you can put it through. I don't do a lot of gaming but I have some demanding applications that an Intel Evo laptop choked on, this crushes everything and plays games too. The keyboard and trackpad are excellent, and the display is great too - and it's high refresh rate. You also get more ports on this laptop than a modern ultraportable. It does get hot and loud under load, but I wear noise-canceling headphones anyway. One thing you should know is that this laptop has pretty good battery life for a gaming laptop, which is to say if you're used to Apple Silicon Macs or 12th gen Ultrabooks this is a bit of a throwback to when you had to carry around your charger if you really wanted to do serious computing on the go. That is totally fine because I mainly use this computer at home and just want to be able to use it anywhere I want; it replaces a desktop which wasn't as practical for that. I got this on sale, it currently is no longer on sale but I still recommend it. If you just want something for school or gaming you can't go wrong with this computer.

Great little gaming laptop for the money. Just make sure you get the right configuration. AMD-AMD & Intel-NVIDIA. Takes some tweaking in the beginning(switch from radion graphics to actual graphics card). Battery is non-existent when "turbo" mode is on for gaming, so keep plugged in. Can play any modern game though, so 10/10... when on sale (1k)

This laptop is very user friendly and has a lot of great support. There are tons of useful apps that can also help you control and modify your computer. I personally use it for architecture classes and it works for just about every program I use as well as working when I have multiple programs open. I would suggest this as a starter laptop for anyone getting into gaming, or any architecture students who are on the go

I mainly got this to run Genshin when I'm at work. I've got a built desktop and play 1080p 240 hz at home with a FPS uncapper. It looks pretty nice at the 1600p 120 hz as well. Since I really only boot this up occasionally, windows updates can seriously bog this thing down to where I really can't do anything until it get's done but that's not the computer's fault.

Amazing product. I bought it one year ago and the only thing that i have to say is the pc heat up when you play heavy games.

Good computer amd itvwas $600 off. Asus is known to heat up and this one doesn't disappoint..lol
