AMD and NVidia, what a hot MESS!. With the laptop being AMD pure, it works flawlessly! I got this laptop on clearance, $1,099!!! $550 OFF!! The white is excellent, The GPU can be switched on through Armory Crate, turning off the terrible integrated graphics. Good job ASUS!

Poor battery life, even with the dedicated graphics turned off, 50% screen brightness and battery saver turned on. Game play was not great either, with lots of stutters on several different games. On DoomE, FPS would drop to ~15, for a second, and then ramp back up to 140. It was light and build quality was nice.

We do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused.
The battery life is approximately 10 hours of light to medium workload. In order to improve or prolong the battery charged time, please try to do a battery calibration manually. To start with, please drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully-charged, please use the laptop, without the AC adapter connected, and drain let the battery drain completely again. Please repeat the charging process thereafter. Also, please verify if the unit is running with the most current system update and third-party battery draining applications are not running if not in used. If you are experiencing slow system speed or performance while playing games, please check if Windows, drivers and BIOS are up to date. Drivers and BIOS are posted at: https://rog.asus.com/ph/laptops/rog-zephyrus/rog-zephyrus-g14-2022-series/helpdesk_download/. Also, if accessing online games or web applications, please check if the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance. If these steps were already performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. This laptop is the only devices that has issues staying conmected to wifi. There has not been a day since Ive had it that the wifi was reliable. I am currently looking into updating the wifi card or buying an extender for just this laptop. Why a gaming laptop would have such terrible wifi connection is beyond me.

Great Little Device

I bought it for my husband to be able to use with his Oculus quest 2 so he could play steam Oculus games on it and not just what's available on the quest store he absolutely adores it it's great for VR and handles emulation very well for older consoles couldn't recommend it more
