Burning up and broken out of the box!

Plugged in and it starts charging. And it starts getting HOT. 60 min, it still will not turn on. Keys light up and the thing is BURNING my hand to even touch! I unplugged it and it is STILL GETTING HOT! Huge fire risk! We are going to put it in a metal container outside and return this thing. I hope it doesnt start to burn. Very dangerous! This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Purchased its the day before we opened it. Closed box. Brand new. Straight from the store.

Dies after the one year warranty

I don’t know it could run so well and then die so suddenly. It was plugged in chilling and then almost started a fire it got so hot. Then it was fried. Shoulda known not to trust a new brand
