    Exhaust blows on screws. Comes with a 230w power supply. Bought to use for travel. Computer is light but adding the power supply it is close to 6lbs.

Due to the power requirement of the CPU and GPU during any intensive tasks a 240W adapter is needed. However it does support charging via Type C at 100W(20V/5A) for lighter use cases.

    Gets to hot easily only last 30 minutes before hits 125 Fahrenheit what worse the exhaust hits screen directly

    Grabbed a open box model, issue is it doesnt work without being connected to power, when on battery it only works about 5 min before BSOD (blue screen of dead) and sometimes it just restarts without it, I have had no luck in contacting asus for support, and all forums say it is a general issue with this model, still thinking about returning it, because they dont have this model anymore.

    It's a good laptop. I love the AMD chip because it is great for gaming. However, the Windows based trackpads can't even come close to Mackbooks. I returned this and got an M1 MacBook Air and I love it.

    This laptop has crashed in a horrible way. The display just went black and was not able to force a shutdown. Decided to exchange it rather than dealing with future issues. This happen while streaming to facebook through the use of OBS. I have the previous generation with the 3060 and it didn't give me this issues within the first 2 weeks of owning the product. I don't think if I'll ever get another Asus gaming laptop despite the glamours reviews everywhere on youtube.

      We do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused using the laptop.



      The system crashed while streaming through Facebook may possible be just a glitch, related to internet or application related. Usually, doing a power cycle a couple of times will resolve the issue. By keeping Windows and drivers updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. Also, while accessing web applications, like Facebook, please make sure the laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance. If these steps were already performed to no avail, running the diagnostics or optimization test "My ASUS" utility software will determine the cause of the problem.

    Im going to make it simple and easy… I bought this laptop for gaming and some light work…. Im an apple guy and im deep in the apple ecosystem. I returned it because i figure i would enjoy the new Macbook pro M1 pro 1TB…. Nope i returned that as well as it has 0 game support and picked this up again.. No complains!! Get yours and you will enjoy it!!!

    Would be one of the best laptops I've ever owned if it wasn't for the absolute horrendous quality control. I replaced the laptop on three separate occasions for faulty ram, dead pixels, and GPU crashing. I thought the fourth was the one as it had no problems until now. Now it's just constantly freezing with stuttering in games and nonstop gpu crashing.

    This laptop lasted less than a year?

    I bought this laptop in February and hasn’t used it very much. In October (so less than a year) the laptop wouldn’t even turn on when I was trying to use it for a class assignment. I did so much research and read so many reviews before buying it, and wasn’t expecting this to be a concern. It seemed like it would quickly over heat, and I think the battery just went out. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

    Missing half its RAM, Best buy told me to return to the store to return it and that was my only option. Unable to speak to anyone at the store, I have to drive in just to end up probably not getting the laptop I want because of a 20 dollar stick of ram. I haven't shopped best buy in years but it looks like it'll be another several year stretch before I try and get burned again. I'm keeping the laptop but Best buy disappoints again.

    Overheats.

    It might have been the one I got but the laptop was severely overheating and had to be returned. I replaced for a 15 inch an had no more issues.

    Awesome laptop, stylish and fast. Love the All-AMD configuration and the 120Hz 16:10 screen is fantastic (super responsive, accurate colors and very bright even in fully sunlight). The webcam sucks, but at least there is one now (vs the previous year model) and the MUX switch is a nice new feature. Wish there were just a few more ports though, had to buy a breakout hub to hook up all my peripherals.

    Lasted a year, first started noticing problems like the common black screen and would have to turn it off and on to get it working again. Now I have the ‘blue screen of death’ after over a year, a problem that others have also experienced.
