Used maybe 3 times before i had to purchase another computer.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. If the fan stop rotating, we recommend sending the laptop in for service. ASUS provides one year warranty coverage, if product was purchased brand-new, in order to fix or repair any hardware or part that stop working prematurely under normal usage. I bought this mainly for coding but I play games as well and it has handled everything that I’ve thrown at it. It runs smooth. The 14” screen is the perfect size in my opinion if you’re going to be on the go.

Black Screen on Brand New G14 AVOID
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After reading some not so favorable reviews I decided to buy this as I felt enough time had passed and they had sorted the issue. Turns out they never did, I got a black screen right out the box. Not only that but while it was plugged in charging it was getting so hot it was unbearable to touch. I would go so far to say that it feels like a fire hazard. I am not even going to try to contact ASUS to get the run around. This is going straight back to BB and I am going to get the Lenovo Legion instead which is what I should have bought in the first place. ASUS laptops still seem to be plagued by QC issues.

I bought this to play AAA games at 1080+ resolution and it does it well. Elden Ring/Baldur's Gate np. You're not talking 8k on a 14 inch screen 'cause there's no reason to push that many pixels at that size. Great laptop for casual use too with >8 hours battery when not gaming. Not too gamer looking. Nice laptop

There were constant BSOD errors if I didn't have my laptop plugged in. My warranty expired ages ago, so I couldn't do anything about it. Now it has gotten worse, and I decided to take it to a repair shop, hoping it can be saved. It's really disappointing. I like the design and loved gaming on it, but I wouldn't recommend this.
