Laptop uses liquid metal to cool cpu and gpu, which killed my motherboard a year later. Worked well before it broke.

Powerful little PC however there are quality control issues in the build and engineering. The keyboard is touchy and each key requires a very firm center press to register. You can not simple glide over the keyboard if you intend to use for any admin work in any detail. My space bar had a dead right side but even the left would not register the press if I taped the outermost edge. The suspend state would also sometimes fail making the system unrecoverable/unresponsive once it entered sleep until a hard power press forced reset. The screen is beautiful! Like put MacBooks to shame gorgeous. The 120hz does not disappoint and makes use of the great graphics setup. The GPU CPU pairing is impressive but maybe a little power thirsty. Love the shell and the color. Really wanted to like this but ultimately fell short.

Good product from what I’ve seen so far, bought on sale for $1,399.

Great laptop with all you need and best alternative if you are confused between either getting Mac or windows.

Overall, amazing laptop. Great for making music and great for playing games. It gets a tad hot but because I use it on a desk I don’t notice the heat. Plus the fans help a lot. Sadly, because of the audio driver that came with the laptop I can’t use headphones in the audio jack. To get around this I have to use a usb c to audio jack adapter. Which is the only reason why I can’t give the laptop 5 stars. Sadly, Still have not found a solution, but I also found ways around it. Still love the laptop like a child though.

Lovely laptop, excellent gaming experience. Just gets super hot and the placement of the heat vents right at the screen bothers me a lot!

Do not buy this laptop. It started having problems randomly restarting and having display problems 2 months after it was purchased. I brought to Best Buy for repair three times, and they sent back to Asus each time. Asus finally replaced the motherboard and SSD. Now it’s out of warranty and the screen has stopped working so I have to plug in an external monitor to use it. I took it back to Best Buy last week and the local guy said he’s seen hundreds with problems and it’s not worth fixing. I have several friends who bought the same laptop and they are having issues too.

Great build quality, speakers, screen and performance but terrible QC. Whem through 3 brand new omes before fimdimg an acceptable one. But outside of that it is perfect.

First of all, just like any normal person, they buy a laptop and love it only to find issues with a BRAND NEW product. My problem is the wifi keeps cutting out AND loud clicking noise coming from the GPU fan. I opened and checked the fan multiple times and found literally nothing wrong, yet the clicking persists. And the wifi cuts out for literally no reason. I changed some wifi settings in the laptop and the problem STILL persists. I am done with ALL Asus products. This is absolutely ridiculous. Literally returning it on the last day returns are accepted.

Quiet and fast; nuf said... Own G15, Z13, and this G14. Love them all.

The machine itself is really nice, feels great to type on, good screen it's hobbled by poor drivers that make using the device itself frustrating eg. ASUS and AMD utilities that change the color of the screeen constantly the WiFi chip in the laptop is bottom of the barrel and won't work for you if you want to play low-latency online multiplayer games. eg in Counter Strike: GO you c an't even walk in a straight line for more than a few seconds If you have a few days of free time to replace the WiFi Card, huntdown the radom bloatware that's running you could probably make this laptop work for you

Great laptop overall. I’ll use an external hard drive to help free up memory later if needed, but 1TB will be enough for most gaming for now. Video card does well, no lagging, for most online gaming experiences such as COD, GTA and RedDead. So far so good.

I bought it for my son, starting first year of college, he's more than happy with it

Last time I had a gaming laptop was 5 years ago. I am glad i purchased this one, Not just because of how it looks and perform but, it is super portable and have to go back to the design, I LOVE HOW IT LOOKS. WOW WHAT A BEAUTY!!!!!!!! Plus you can play any game out here and you are FUTURE PROOF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing gaming laptop. If you want a laptop that is portable but can still handle AAA titles you can’t go wrong.

The laptop is great and all but the battery does not last at all. I can be doing homework on canvas and the battery will go from full to about 30% in about an hour and settings are set to battery saving mode.

Love this laptop, the battery power is kinda crappy, but we all know why.
