it totally rips but no one told me best buy gets their own despec'd models and thats why it was so cheap. it has an 8gig stick of on board ram so you cant properly upgrade and it makes it feel like they just made it worse to pressure you into getting the one thats spec'd almost exactly the same but costs 600 dollars more (it also doesnt have that cool dot matrix display on the lid). its hard not to feel ripped off when you have that realization after purchasing. all that said, its stupid powerful for the price but youre gonna want to hook it up to a monitor when youre gaming at home because 14 inches is SMALL.

This all AMD laptop is an excellent choice for those that want a laptop that can game, create, work/school. While doing everything well, it is easy to carry due to its compact size and light weight. Get this for a portable powerhouse with good battery life and an excellent display.

This was one of my favorite laptops, but I ended up returning it. It was great but it had a flaw, it ran way too hot and burnt my hands after long gaming sessions (2+ hours). I have having max settings but I also value portability. Moving from a MSI GS65 which also ran hot, this one, being 3-4 years in the future was still more hot. The keyboard was just okay, the keys had to much travel in my opinion.

Great laptop and is a beast for high functioning apps and gaming. But battery life could be better

Have had the laptop for a little over a month now and it has been fantastic. Beautiful screen, great battery life for a gaming laptop, and so much power packed into such a small form. Bought an open box and the first one wasn't up to par, but this one is perfect.

This laptop is amazing. Great performance with great battery life?! It really deserves the title of best gaming laptop for 2022.

Great laptop. Has a wifi card issue where you get some disconnects, but other than that, it is great. Well worth the price, does get a bit loud if running high intensive games. Build quality is nice.

The laptop in questiom is of great quality, it holds to a premium standard befitting of a laptop of the price tag in this current age. It doesn't overheat amd runs at a consistent rate no matter how rigorous the conditions.

Got it 940 open box and this thing is a beast! It runs everything 80fps at high settings. Nvidia might be better at gaming but for the price im happy to skip the 40 series.

It took 3 tries for best buy but finaly got the right one to me on the 3rd attempt. This was a great deal for the price I got it for. I know there is a 2023 model coming but this 2022 model is fast, great screen and super portable. Very good buy.

I’m a basic man. Basic needs. When it’s time to game with the guys, I want to game with the guys. I don’t want to be the console or in this case the “computer” lagging behind. I get great performance from this laptop when gaming.

I purchased this laptop so I had something I could game on while traveling. My criteria was pretty simple - good battery life and the ability to play current-gen games with decent settings and good FPS. The laptop is great as long as you understand the tradeoffs with such a small form factor. I've been using the laptop for about a month and I am quite happy with my purchase. The RX 6800s performs great and the battery life is pretty much as good you're going to get out of a gaming laptop. Pros: Keyboard Display Build Quality Performance Trackpad Con: Heat (but it is manageable) Poor keyboard backlighting Speakers are just "ok"

Feels great in hand and runs very smoothly. Best value I've found and I'm very excited to use it more. Only downside I've seen is that the screen isn't perfectly black in the dark.

Incredible gaming laptop. Very high quality materials, terrific screen, and super capable. I have had no issues running even the most demanding games at ultra settings.

I got this PC with a pretty good discount. It can run hot but usually it's pretty quiet. Overall, solid PC, but personally I would only get it if there is a sale or if it is discounted.

Laptop is lightweight and has decent image quality (colors can sometimes look a bit unnatural) for productivity/work, streaming, and moderate gaming (fps can drop a bit). I'd recomend to use with something that helps ventilate while doing more demanding programs like games or editing software, but otherwise overheating doesn't seem to be too big of an issue (better than other gaming laptops/ultrabooks i've used in the past). From a design standpoint, it also looks a lot nicer than other 'traditional' gaming laptops.

I did a lot of research on this device and made a lot of comparisons. I felt like some of the cons were okay because this device is the lightest gaming laptop. I have a nice Desktop and this purchase was just a luxury for my job. I did become frustrated while shopping because the ASUS site and best buy have conflicting device information. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect with the devices arrival. For a device with an MSRP of almost $2000 I am a little upset that I am already having an issue. The HDMI port was very difficult to plug the cable into. Pulling it out is even worse and I fear it may break. The first time I tried plugging it in the video was fine but the device didn't recognize my second monitor as a sound option. I'm fine with that and can handle troubleshooting that issue. The second time I plugged it in sound was not an issue but video was. The second screen kept doing a flicker. It's not the cable because the cable works find while plugged into a usb-c adapter. Aside from that issue I still can not give the device 5 stars. Considering the price and claims made by asus. This really isn't much of a gaming laptop. The SSD isn't a gaming SSD. I wish I didn't have the few issues that I do have it with. The size is perfect and I'm sure that is why the cost is so high. It just feels a little too overpriced for what you get and with it's issues. Also, I couldn't get in touch with Asus support and had to contact only Best Buy.

The performance is good and the keyboard is nice. The whole laptop is a bit bulky and the hinge feels a bit filmsy.

This laptop is amazing, small powerful great battery and build quality is great the only complaint not really complaint for me but something to take note of is that the chassis gets very hot under max load I don’t really mind but someone might but that’s what you get for it being so powerful and small
