For a gaming capable computer, you wont find a better deal. This computer is well equipt to play all modern games at 1440p at max settings at at least 60fps, and usually much more. With DDR5 ram and a Ryzen 9, the rig is great for productivity tasks as well, and the integrated Muk switch means battery life is phenomenal.

Really solid product, but get ready to do modifications internally if you want to optimize battery life or temps in general. I’d also highly suggest getting a warranty from Best Buy since there can be defects and stuff when you get new units. For me I have a loose trackpad and a couple keys are a bit indented but it’s not that bad. If it really does bother you then go send it in and get a new one. If you’re on the fence after seeing so many reviews I’d say jump the gun and grab it, imo it’s the best 14 inch gaming laptop you can get since the blade 14 is insanely expensive and has even more QC issues, and the X14 is too large imo. The G14 2022 is the perfect balance between the two, but does require you to take good care of the machine especially if you travel a lot. For me it’s always in a backpack with a laptop sleeve, but I put a large microfiber cloth on top of the keyboard before closing it since keyboard smudges DO get on the screen if you’re traveling a bunch with it. Lastly, I love the keyboard of this thing, if you’ve ever use a g15 the g14 keyboard feels more solid and less mushy, and it’s super enjoyable to type on.

The ASUS ROG Zephyrus 14 is a gaming powerhouse! The 14-inch 120Hz display, AMD Ryzen 9, and 16GB DDR5 ensure seamless performance. The AMD Radeon RX 6800S delivers stunning graphics, while the 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD guarantees lightning-fast load times. Its sleek Moonlight White design adds a touch of elegance to the gaming setup.

Great computer one of the best in the market right now, the only reason im not giving it 5 stars is because i would like it to have more RAM and that i thought this one came with the anime matrix technology. But overall, great graphics card, procesor, good memory, and great performance. Would totally recommend to any gamer or Audiovisual editor

4/5 stars only because I had an issue where it would immediately crash after launching certain games. After some research I found an article about changing some cpu settings on reddit. This should be something Asus should be fixing on a manufacturer level though. Works flawlessly now! Highly recommend looking at the asus rog zephyrus subreddit before returning for a whole bunch of tips to make it perform better.

Reviews are high for this laptop and most who purchase are very happy. My experience was very different. ASUS quality is good, but sometimes as shown in lower ratings indicate infrequent quality problems do exist. This Zephyrus 14 was a mess. First thing that occurred was Windows 11 not allowing me to log in with my MS account or create a new one. It was not even an option during the setup process. It forced creating a local account requiring secret questions, age and a Super special password rather than creating a Hello Pin and more. I had to override when I got in to the OS after the install was finished to get past this system fault. Was this a refurb disguised as new?? This was totally unacceptable for a new install of Windows! Next is keyboard lighting. Some say it is mediocre and they are right. It is totally useless. The colors are not vibrant and having the washed-out pastel color against white keys is a failure. I had to turn off the RGB lighting to see the key symbols. At this point, I was still OK with keeping the PC because I found a way to work around the problems, but it didn't stop there. Next was the program called Armory Crate. In the beginning the graphic on the home page indicated CPU temperature. That was nice and you could see temperature at a glance. Then the upgrade happened and that disappeared and was replaced with CPU speed. There was no way to change this back. This also happened on our new Z13 tablet. I like the AC software but why did ASUS fix something that was not broke and not allow an option to change?? The last straw was surface temperature of the keyboard while set to ultimate gaming mode and playing Witcher 3. The PC played the game great at highest settings with perfect visuals but the price to pay for that was surface temperatures that were impossible to touch while using the standard keys (W A S D) for movement. Resting fingers on the edge adjacent to the keys made it impossible to use. I measured as high as 146F and 133 constant. Also FYI, there were no background apps running, Windows and all drivers were 100% up to date. CPU temp after shutting down the game was 85c and there were no obstructions while sitting on my desk. There is a problem with cooling in this one. Aside from all of that, the PC has a great display and that OLED and is a pleasure to use. Battery life is great when streaming and doing normal tasks. It easily would get 5 to 7 hours in normal use. It was also very fast, worked well with our gigabit router with up and down speeds above 700. It had all the boxes checked for being a great product. The PC had every chance to be a success, but there was no way I would keep a 2-day old computer I could not use for the purpose intended. Gaming Laptop was a big failure due to heat.
