Lightning fast. Solid keyboard. Trackpad is a little finicky. Fans are a tad loud.

My new favorite laptop. I have to say asus really outdid themselves with this and it has very competitive specs for the price. The design is sleek and minimalist with flair. Although it doesnt have a camera or touch screen but i dont really use that anyways. That being said id reccomend it if those arent an issue and also wacth out for light bleed i got one that was really bad and had to change it out but other than that its a very solid option

Excellent performance. The 3070 works really well with the Ryzen 9. Only downs side is the cooling — if the fans were a little bit bigger, that would be better. Otherwise, excellent performance. I highly recommend it for a mobile gamer.

Best Laptop in 2021. It has everything that's needed in a portable Gaming Laptop except WebCam and PrtSc button. Satisfied with the product. Would expect WebCam and PrtSc button in 2022 model, and I would be happy to upgrade.

Super nice and complex looking computer with the slim and shady look to make it feel like a real gamer laptop.

Bought a open box excellent version of this because of how much cheaper it was. Laptop seems great, absolutely love it, the only problem is that they didn’t bother to mention that it didn’t come with a power supply? Even if it claims it on the listing. Went in store, refused to give me one saying “we’ll open box don’t always come with one” or “that’s why it’s so much cheaper” even though it clearly states: “comes with all original accessories”. Called too many numbers, and no one would help. Again, love the laptop, but not so much the false advertising. Now I gotta pay $70+ on a power supply just to use the thing. Will be filing a complaint and will be hesitant to buy from here again.

Great build quality, love the speakers, Screen is amazing and quick. Performance is great. Minimal bevel on the screen.

This is by far the best value high end laptop for anything from gaming to CAD design, fairly heavy video/photo editing to running simulations. As an Engineering student, this is a dream laptop! The only 2 problems I have had are it has dual channel ram, but only 1 stick is upgradable, and the extreme difficulty of getting VR setup(this is a windows problem, but it's important to know if you saw this guy on a "best VR Laptops" list.)

Solid 15.6 game laptop. Screen is bright enough with fast refresh rate. The machine itself has very good configuration for the bucks. No webcamera and no discount or promotional price at Best Buy, which takes off one star.

Hands down the best laptop I've ever known. I've never had a laptop give me so much performance for my software, and I'm editing & rendering videos, creating music, playing all of my Xbox & Steam games on ultra settings while still maintaining 60+ fps with no frame drops. I am beyond glad that I finally found a workhorse laptop that can do everything I've ever wanted it to do - it's gorgeous on the outside, and inside - this thing is my baby!

Excellent laptop with great screen. I have been playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla on it and get 70 to 85 fps.

I was initially pretty excited about this machine. No camera (I’m privacy-focused), decent speeds (super fast downloading) and great graphics. I could run everything I owned on High graphics without going below 80fps. Unfortunately my hardware was constantly crashes throughout gaming sessions none more than an hour or two long. The temps were fine and the drivers were updated but my system kept crashing. The fans were ridiculous on this unit. While they kept the system cool they were loud.

Liking it so far. Relatively lightweight for a 15.6" and fast performance.

It was really good for the first week that I got it. Beautiful QHD display, nice keyboard touch, minimalistic and muted gamer Aesthetic, very portable and performance was really nice. However, it all gimped on me when, one day, I woke the laptop up and the wifi or Bluetooth stopped working entirely. Couldn't find a single wifi connection anywhere even after connecting it through ethernet and updating my drivers. After a full factory reset, it still didn't work. So I had to return and refund the whole thing entirely. The refund went smoothly, glad to say so I wasn't too frustrated. But it just sucks cuz I really liked this laptop when it was working.

The best gaming laptop in my opinion. I’ve tried multiple rog laptops as well as an Omen and this one is beyond any competition. With the 3070 8gb vram gpu and the 5700hs ryzen cpu, theres no beating it. I run warzone on the best settings possibly with 100+ fps and only 40% cpu usage. Matched with the 2k resolution 165 hz screen, it just doesnt get any better. Keyboard also has customizable rgb through rog armory crate aura which is a great addition.

I recently bought this laptop for college. It handles my engineering programs great and runs games at almost max settings with no issues. The physical qualities are great too with a solid chassis and large, color accurate display. The only draw back is that the large trackpad is sometimes bumped when typing moving the cursor, but this is a minor drawback.
