Love it love it love it! Great for my gaming. Powerful and gets the job done

It seems to be a decent laptop. However, as soon as I started to update the graphics card through the NVIDIA website it got halfway and froze. After an hour I had to hard reboot and the system couldn't detect the graphics card anymore. Did a full windows re-installation and brought it into the geek squad. All could not find the graphics card. Wound up trading in for another hoping to get better luck with the new one. Screen looks awesome and out of the box could play all games even doom eternal on max settings with no problem.

The performance is super fast, build also looks stable.

The laptop was a challenge to get ahold of but so far everything works great! I like the look, it's a reasonable weight, and it performs well. I'm especially please with the graphics card. Note: Though it has the decorative holes on the lid just like the 14" version, UNLIKE on the 14", those holes are just for show and don't allow for a fun light display.

Wish power rating was higher and it had hdr those are my only complaints. I upgraded from 2060 m15 so of course it's better then that but the margins aren't as high as I would wish.

Excellent. I mainly bought this because I couldn't buy upgrades to my desktop for months due to shortages. I was still running an FX8350 and a GTX970. The leap in performance was incredible. The screen is sublime. Super fast. I went from Hi/Med settings at 60fps to ultra at 100+ on Warzone, and older games definitely max out the 165Hz 1440p screen. All in a sleek and beautiful chassis that I'm not ashamed to open at the office and in meetings. I made the CEO jealous because it was able to boot and load a YouTube video in literally 10 seconds. Speaking of which, If you're hesitating like me because it's "only" 80W 3070, I promise you it's still worth it. That 30% performance loss to the full fledged desktop card that everyone claims is the end of the world makes no difference when its in such a slim and sleek package as this. Oh, the fans do kick up and are loud when it's at full throttle, so make sure your headphones are good enough to block the noise. Otherwise, excellent all around.

Great laptop, took some tweaking to get temps in check but otherwise loving this laptop! If you can find it elsewhere best buy was a huge pain to buy from.

So far this laptop has been amazing. Playing games on Ultra from the newest games to the oldest ones. It takes a little to configure some settings and battery options but when using it to browse or watch videos, it can honestly last 7-8 hours easy. Great laptop, very happy with it.

Love this gaming laptop, gives me a chance to play on the go. Only thing that sucks is it over heats really badly when plugged in

Overall Build Quality is excellent! Nice and sturdy. And the design looks beautiful, especially the panel- front and back! RGB Lighting was a great surprise addition. Keyboard has good travel. Yet to test games, but loving it so far!

overall good laptop great spec, only issue i have is with the fans, if you don't set up the power curve you have a jet engine on your desk when fans ramp up

Coming from a 2070 max-p The 80w 3070 is absolutely great. I get the same frame rates at 1440p with the 3070 that the 2070 could Do at 1080p. The real big difference? Thermals this thing legit runs ~6 degrees Celsius than my 2070

This is pretty awesome laptop has issue’s with some games and vr. The reason you’ll have issues is because of the apu and gpu running graphics. So you’ll have to go into device manger and disable the apu and restart the computer and start your game and go back into the device manger and turn back on the apu. Then it should work with games like doom eternal and vr. This can be so flustering if you’ve never encountered this before. I almost return this because of it. Not gonna lie it took me whole day to get vr working because you’ll have to force it run dedicated graphics’s. Also if you don’t know or wanna know the usb-c next to the 3.5 mm jack is your dedicated graphics port its the only way to bypass Optimus the tgp is 80 to 100 it’s Qmax card and there’s no mux switch hdmi will not bypass Optimus usb-c to 1.4 dp is your only option. No one knew this at the the store. Had someone knew this I would have ultimately looked at something else. Overall I’m pretty much happy this is a gorgeous laptop fast and game look there absolute best and vr is amazing once you get everything working! The other issue I’m haveing right now is the esc botton stopping working and only works once the laptop heats up and of course it’s past the return period. So I hope they will at least exchange it for me.

Writing this after a year Love it, been amazing laptop

Here's the long short: They make you jump through too many hoops to get this to be as good as it can be. Great trackpad, mediocre keyboard, great screen, beautiful build, but kinda flimsy feeling. Battery life takes a LOT of fiddling in the settings to get it anywhere close to good. It's a beautiful device in concept, but I don't think ASUS was able to deliver here. It feels like they compromised on build quality, cooling, and performance for weight. Which I think was a major mistake.

The laptop is very useful and fast. It's best to play games. Unfortunately it blacks out once in a while and battery life isn't as good compared to others.

Excellent product i own last year's G14 and was very pleased with the product proforma, So I decided to take the plunge with the G15 wow was I pleased the proformance and the ascetic are truly great I would most definitely recommend al Asus product. You wont regret the purchase. Step up and take the plunge.

Really nice laptop that i havnt had any problems with

Laptop is great, but unfortunately lacking a webcam. The colors on the display aren't the greatest either but they can be calibrated. Overall those are my only gripes with this laptop and in almost every other aspect the laptop is perfect. Slim, good battery, good power saving options, fast, everything you would want.
