I'm actually upgrading from my Dell XPS 9550 to this laptop and although it isn't a direct comparison, I'm glad I purchased this because I needed something w/more cores, affordable, recent graphics card, and small form factor. There was an alternative w/the 3060 and using Intel Core i9 but I would rather have the Ryzen 9 w/the 3070 so that's why I chose this. So far, it blazingly fast and the screen looks good of which I presume is due to the 100% DCI-P3 claim. I don't do heavy gaming but I'm glad I have the 3070 so I'll be future proofed for awhile.

This laptop is great! I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a functional laptop that can provide plenty of power for gaming.

Amazing laptop, only compliant I have is that the keyboard heats up quite a bit and the speakers aren’t the best but everything else is amazing!

Fantastic laptop. Its small, portable and lightweight. Runs every game i throw at it. Doesn't get too loud or hot. No complaints, would recommend.

Excellent computer, its ran every game I've thrown at it amazingly e.x. Squad, Hell let loose, Arma 3. Easily one of the best purchases I've made.

If you can get one of these laptops, and you are looking for a game playing portable, and you can afford it, do it. It's a bit larger than my 2016 razer 14". About the same weight. No webcam. And I wish Asus hadn't soldered 8 GB to the MB. But using it is exceptional. D3, death stranding, easy. The display is good. Computationally intensive programs it is a little better than a 3700x. Good Autocad capability. So if you are looking for a replacement for a 2 or 3 year old machine for technical work with a little bit on the side, this is an excellent solution.

This thing is a beast. Coming from a desktop I7/8700/1070 to this has been amazing. It can get a bit loud when really pushing, but I've been able to run AAA games at high/ultra with out issue. No MUX switch, but not a deal breaker for me. I use a usb-c to dp cabel to external monitor. Spent about a full day getting fully setup and tweaked, and now it just works. Worth the full price I paid.

Great finish and color, keyboard screen and build quality beats the much more expensive 3080 model

This is a great laptop for the value of a 3070 inside. Thats CRAZY! I got it for 1500 dollars on sale and it is a great laptop.

Great gaming laptop! Use it to play PCVR on the Quest 2 and a few games on steam. Can run most on ultra settings without issue.

Handles anything I throw at it. Bypass the igpu all together with a usc-c to hdmi and plug it into a monitor or tv.

Great computer for gaming and for graphics and design. Fast and not too heavy, with many useful ports.

First time I’ve had a gaming laptop with good battery life. And I can charge it via usbc. I also love the centered keyboard.

Handles multiple emulator instances with ease. Quiet and with my cooling fan I have never had the least issue with it.

Asus AMD + RTX 3070 is a very fast pc with 1440p Display. Perfect for gaming and college student. I would highly recommend this gaming laptop.

From Packaging to actual gameplay, this laptop feels super solid. Just pull the trigger, its a beast.

Upgraded to this from a Alienware M15 with a 1070. This is much better build quality...quieter fans...much better screen. I do wish it had a full number pad....and the touchpad is a little touchy as it zooms when I am just trying to school. Also don't care for the proprietary charger.

Love it. I had the G14, but returned it for this one with 3070 (vs. 3060) and QHD vs. FHD. Fast, quiet, keeps pretty cool. Good value.

The device is very sleek and works as expected. My unit had issue with speakers. They were blown out and would produce pop and bang type of noise for mid to high range volume. Will update the rating once I get my replacement unit.
