Amazing laptop. I 100% suggest you get it considering the value and everything you get for it. Build quality is amazing and well built. The specs are absolutely amazing as the Ryzen 9 and 3070 are some of the best specs you could get for a laptop. Please get this!

This laptop is amazing,the only downside is webcams .

Good laptop, with some issues. To the right of the touchpad there is a magnetic area. I would often put my iPad and iPhone there and my screen would go black as if the laptop was closed and put to sleep. Also during zoom calls when someone would share screen the whole screen would freeze and only a long press on the power button could fix it. No issues with my coding and rendering though of architectural work. Also I had to buy a webcam as this laptop has none.

Great value and performance. Handles everything I am playing with no issues. I also like that the styling is somewhat inconspicuous and not super gamery. The only negative I have to say is that I wish the body were metal instead of plastic for better rigidity.

This was my entry to pc gaming and even though almost everyone I’ve told about my purchase have been disappointed with this small laptop of a gaming pc expecting a huge desktop build I think it’s alright since it does what I need it to and me personally don’t have any problems with it.

I had been looking for a nice gaming laptop which can suffice my requirement for playing games and also can be used for work with multiple monitors connected. This laptop was the perfect machine I needed, in fact better than what I needed.

This was shipped half baked. USB-C issues — can barely get an external monitor to work. Everyone is reporting audio issues — speakers sound blown out on bass. 8GB RAM soldered — good luck with dual channel if you need more RAM. Would have been great with any QA. Don’t buy this yet — wait for future revisions and factory fixes. Incredibly unreliable and buggy.

Very good computer super fast and zero glitch but there are a couple of malfunctions I have noticed like screen freezing and I have heard a lot about speaker issues as long as you have warranty just in case you will be very satisfied especially for E-sports and high graphics games

So I had issues with this laptop from the beginning. It ran games pretty well at first. The 4k screen is great and was able get 165 hz via display port. But it began chugging along shortly there after. And after a few months, the fan began getting really, really loud. so loud that is it would take me from sleep. It would also randomly restart at weird times. Then about 6 months ago it started overheating very badly. Temps in the 80s even while idle. then it started to shut down constantly. I sent it for a repair (which was free because its still under asus warranty), its been a week and so far they have replaced two parts. Im not sure what parts there are, but if I had to guess they have replaced the battery and/or fans and they probably replaced the motherboard since these two components were likely sodded to the board itself. Geek Squad has been very helpful and communicative thus far, so good on them

Good apperance and performance. Wifi card occasionally goes un recognized and deems the device unable to connect to the internet.

This computer refuses to go to sleep, regardless of settings or updates. I try putting it to sleep n a daily basis and i usually wake up to a dead computer, or pull it out of my computer bag and it magma hot with fans goin full blast. Several others who have purchased this computer have the same issue with no fix.

165 hz never looked so crisp. the laptop is super fast and has great airflow considering its a laptop. GPU can last hours gaming and still be in the low 70 deg. the quality of the laptop feels high end. gaming laptops never felt this nice and light weight. cons. only two USB type 3 slots. and availability

Returned because I had various screen problems. All drivers where updated, latest version on Armory Crate etc to no avail. Otherwise great laptop.

Used for several days, generally a good laptop. Good performance especially for cpu. The microphone sometimes bother me, hope it can be fixed later.

It’s fast and silent. Seems to have been built with quality parts. Keyboard is perfect. Mouse pad can be turned off while you types. Haven’t really tried the gaming portion of it yet but I’ve seen reviews of the 3070 gpu which rate it very high.

After owning for two years the first few dead pixels started at three months of ownership, and I turned the laptop in for repair just before my two year accident repair coverage ended. two months with a new screen, and three more dead pixels..... I like Asus, but not this QHD screen.....

I was very excited when I got this laptop until about two weeks in the wifi card stopped connected to my wifi and then after some research this laptop is known to have that problem. I spend over $2k on a laptop and it can’t even connect to the internet. Abysmal. Asus, so better yeah?

3rd time I have bought this since the first 2 times had problems with the display so I had to return. So far so good
