We're sorry to hear that your unit is not poweing on. Please allow us to make your experience with ASUS a better one. We would recomemnd that you perfrom a hard reset. Please follow the steps below:
1. Unplug the charger
2. Press and hold the power button for 1 full minute
3. Plug in only the charger and start up normally
If the issue persist, we would recommend that you have the unit sent back for a replacement model.

Backlight bleed issue

Everything is good except download speeds over wifi are half of what my friends get on the same network. Plugged into Ethernet and speeds are fine. Think it has something to do with an open box purchase.
