I see questions and answers, but no place to ask a question. It would be nice if you included all of the information about the processor. I see it says Ryzen 9 5000 series, but what is the actual number? 5900HS or 5900HX, etc.

Feels very cheap.

The other issue that I am seeing is how cheap it feels on the screen portion and below the keys. By applying a little bit of pressure you can see it bending.

Beware hot hot hot CPU.

Im not sure if the liquid metal thermal paste in this was spread out evenly during manufacturing. I might just have a defective laptop.

The sleep mode it's the worst

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear about the issues you're having with this model. The noise that is emitting from the computer is known as coil whine. When the electrical current is increased to a certain point, the magnetic field around the coil can cause it to vibrate, which produces the whiny sound. After a short amount of time the noise should go away as the components regulates. However, if it is that the sound is too much for you, then we would recommend that you have this device sent in for servicing.

Not worth the price
