There was no difficulties with my exchange and they were very kind and accommodating.

Graphics card held up perfectly while playing Shadow of War and Witcher 3. Very fast, startup is lightning quick. Only complaint is it runs a little warm but I bought a $30 laptop cooling fan that does the trick.

Too bad I had to return it because of the broken built-in speaker, I mean it works but the rattle was very noticeable. But overall, this laptop is powerful with beautiful screen resolution.

Now, with nothing being changed or added, every single game gets a 2-3 second stutter that occurs about every 45 seconds to 1 minute making this unusable for gaming. A quick google search and you find Im not alone in this. Supposedly this has something to do with the AMD processor and FTPM functionality. It appears AMD did fix this for desktops but the issue on laptops is still present with no word on a bios update to fix this (if thats even the problem). For now, Im stuck with a gaming laptop I cant game on.

If you are experiencing stuttering while playing games,, please check if the BIOS, Windows and chipset and video drivers are up to date. Drivers are available for download at: https://rog.asus.com/laptops/rog-zephyrus/rog-zephyrus-g15-2022-series/helpdesk_download/. Keeping the laptop up to date will maintain optimum system stability and performance. If these steps were already performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. It's first boot was into a Linux USB Installer where I proceeded to install Arch Linux. Whindows who? Windows is so....2000. After installing Arch Linux I ran some tests. Gaming you'll get 2-3 hours of game time provided

Great laptop with a few flaws

It runs very smooth and works very well for every day use and gaming. Turbo mode does throttle my FPS I have noticed but otherwise it is a solid laptop.

Multiple malfunctions

After a couple months (with minimal use as I wasn't switching over to this laptop quite yet), it all of a sudden didn't register any Wireless LAN card anymore. Went through Geek Squad remoting in and fixed it temporarily. It up and lost the LAN card again. After Geek Squad spent a lot of time on it remotely again, they couldn't fix it. I scheduled a drop-off repair. When they started the process, they said they couldn't even get it to turn on. So they switched it out for a brand new identical unit. Now after one week of use, the keyboard flickers sporadically when asleep and most recently yesterday it just goes to a black screen after entering my PIN after waking it back up. I'll be taking it in to the store this evening, but I've lost all hope for this particular model, unfortunately.

Powerful but leaves a lot on the table

The display is amazing and the battery life is okay. The built in tuning system makes it easy to Clock. I wish it Han more USB ports though

Instantly responds and connects to my schools protected wifi. The graphics are great for my art classes. No wasted time waiting for any program to load. Very happy with this purchase.

Battery life is amazing thanks to the AMD processor and the RTX graphics are excellent. There are just a few problems with the laptop going to sleep and switching GPU modes but workarounds exist online.
