||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The laptop is astonishing considering it was a huge upgrade from an average laptop that sometimes freezes and buffers to a laptop with many of the features and the speed to make it a gaming laptop. However, there are some instances that the game I downloaded can make the screen glitch after being randomly tabbed out, causing the screen to just zoom in and out, black out for a bit, and repeat. I’m not sure what causes this problem, but I would like to have it fixed in the meantime.

Overall amazing laptop

There are some simple software issues like the laptop sometimes stays on and drains the battery but it seems like more of a windows 11 issue and not the laptop.

Great Laptop with QC issues

The game pass is only 30 days not 3 months. Cant find nhl23. The first game i downloaded took forever and crashed when i tried to start it.

It does occasionally struggle to run a game, but not so much so that it hinders continuous game play, it just flickers here and there.

Its done it all for me, my only bit of advice would be to get more storage space and RAM if you need it.

Checked settings, modified sleep mode, however, the issues continued. Attempted extending a external monitor, but mo luck. Perhaps there was a manufacturing fluke with this one because other than that it worked great and was pretty quick. Offered XBox game pass free for a month and other promos.

Good laptop

I haven't even had a chance to game on this laptop yet. I was searching for things on Lowe website and the whole computer froze. After that the wifi continued to drop including my Bluetooth mouse. IDK if it is just mine or this computer as a whole. I was really shocked to see a laptop with this hardware/screen for this price and having not even do basic functions is depressing. I hope that this is just a fluke. Going to try and swap it for the same laptop or another Zephyrus. Fingers crossed.
