Keyboard stopped working within a month. I checked on internet and found many users have keyboard issue.

The long bootup process usually occurs when newly installed updates are being applied in the System Registry. Once all updates were installed and applied successfully, bootup time will be quick. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, the keyboard not working properly within a month is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the laptop. We recommend that you send the product in for service in order to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. A RMA number is required to send it in for service. Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to take it back to the store yesterday had it for less than 2 months and the fan on one side started going bad this is the second asus rog gaming laptop that I got from best buy the first one had the same issue only good thing about my experience is that they Best Buy gave me no issuses with sending it off to be repaired at no cost to me but gave me a 2 week completion estimate two weeks of not being able to game or make money from my content creation or videography smh I paid for a working computer ended up getting a defective devices and tarnishing my busisness reputation. Will never purchase from best buy again
