It runs hot, complex tasks like building would push CPU to 95 degrees celsius and laptop would shut down due to heat. Now letter "o" in the keyboard has failed and won't work. I'm fairly certain that it's due to heat under the keyboard but I'll wait for BestBuy repair center's diagnosis. Laptop is not even a year old and already have these kind of failures so I'm not very optimistic about a replacement. Under gaming CPU temps would hover around 80 - 90 so still runs hot as expected. I had it on a laptop stand to give more clearance and airflow but still didn't help. Just beware, constant heat is the worst enemy of electronics.

I bought this laptop for gaming and multimedia productivity work (After Effects, Premiere, etc.) She's plenty fine for playing games, but productivity work is a different story. While she's fine for most moderate tasks, she starts to break once you push the graphics card to its limits.

The asus bloatware that comes with is downright absurd and I cannot figure out why it continues to try and upgrade the firmware to a usb-c port. It functions wel, but the m14 and m16 perform better.
