The screen did not work. Maybe it’s a software issue or hardware issue. I don’t know or care. If you buy a computer it should work out of the box. Period. I’m returning it.

Non-working product - Not as advertised

Encountered unresolvable BIOS issues & device as of today is no longer functioning despite not being in heavy use. Advise to stay away from ASUS laptop products in general

This G15 came with a widely known issue of blown speakers that just plain sound awful. Bought this at a BestBuy store new.
