Great lap top for traveling and playing games. Cons:does get hot will need a cooling stand, fans will sound like they are taking off

I owned a Dell desktop that lasted 12 years. Then a Lenovo laptop that's 12 years old & still going. I needed to upgrade and wow, upgrade I did. This is by far the most powerful computer I've owned. And although I'm not a gamer, I appreciate its speed, beautiful display (the richest colors I've ever seen), multiple heat vents, and ports, including an ethernet port, which most laptops don't have. The backlit keys come in a variety of customizable colors and the touch pad is a dream to use. It might not be light as a feather but it's really not that heavy. And the design is sleek & cool, including a subtly patterned cover. Best of all, it was on sale!

It was worth the price. It runs really well, its a gaming laptop so ofc its battery is going to degrade but so far its been very good to me for work and gaming!!

While I believe that the overall performance of the laptop is good, there is a unique flaw from this model that makes the laptop less ergonomic. That flaw is that the laptop crashes whenever it is left into sleep mode after a couple of minutes and reboots when you open it up, this can potentially lead to some damage overtime if you keep attempting to use sleep mode. The simple solution is to simply shutdown your laptop when not in use, but this means you cant have a fast boot up + powersave feature when moving around with the laptop. This also seems to be a common issue described by many when checked with all online for possible solutions. Its not so much of a big issue after a while

Universal X86 Tuning Utility and Armory Crate really help this PC become amazing. Armory crate gives a lot of customization and both help with performance as it runs hot default. Great PC though, looks good, feels good.

A very worthwhile purchase, and a great gaming performance from this machine. Strongly recommended, although be sure to adjust the fans in the Armoury Crate software, as sometimes it can run a little hotter than expected.

I have been wanting a gaming laptop for quite a while. I purchased this one on sale and I am very happy with my purchase. It is lightning fast and can play any AAA game at 1440 or 1080 at Medium to High settings.

This was my first time buying a brand-new gaming laptop and I chose this one because of the great reviews. Once I got it I had many problems with it like the drivers being out of date and not working with many applications. I have no laptop experience and just followed YouTube videos on how to and what driver to install and update. Once you get everything moving it is a great laptop. Some tips I have are not to connect your phone to Bluetooth. It drains the battery crazy fast. Also for me, the updates took multiple days like for everything took work smoothly it will take at least a week. The fan is amazing too! Overall great!

I bought this for my son, he wanted a gaming computer. This computer has great graphics. the gaming speed is excellent. I would highly recommend this laptop it is exactly what we wanted. Excellent for gaming.

I primarily use this laptop for some light gaming. I enjoy Minecraft, ffxiv, and assasscians creed. It runs all these games on max graphics without issue. My main complaint about it is that it absolutely adores getting fingerprints and smudges all over it. It's tedious to wipe down, but I hate the shiny appearance my clean hands can leave on the keyboard. I keep mine plugged in with a fan underneath. This thing can get pretty hot without a fan, so I recommend one to keep up with the longevity of your computer.

I couldn't be more happy with this one. The first game I loaded up was Cyberpunk 2077 and it ran great! The screen looks great too, nice brightness and colors without any adjustment. This is a great value.

Preferred laptop for work/games. Functionality/performance overall good. No issues so far. Initially had a screen problem with line showing vertically, got a replacement and so far so issues

Great laptop that performs better than I imagined! Will get hot on your lap, especially while gaming. Which is why I bought a laptop fan to accommodate. Plays Diablo IV on ultra setting seamlessly.

Love this laptop, good enough to run games like valorant and you can even play call of duty on low settings but I recommend using a powerful aftermarket fan when running higher taxing games

Excellent product. I run every game in higher settings. Great performance. The screen is crazy good with 165hgz and the colors are beautiful, excellent panel to edit photoshop and premiere.

The laptop is built well and looks very stylish. The Ryzen 9 processor is lightning fast and i havent had any issues with performance . Great laptop for school or gaming, would highly recommend!

This computer has worked great for me as a karaoke host. Sound, speed, video and performance all exceed my previous HP.

Cons: Boot up time is too slow, even with fast boot enabled. The bois doesn't have many options available and most advanced options are handled through an asus bloatware app that will likely stop being supported in a few years, making the laptop annoying to use and difficult to use with linux. The laptop has an annoying pop up that shows that it's switching between "default" and "silent" mode, and there's no way to shut it off. The keyboard is the very definition of trash, there's no camera cover built in for privacy, no touchscreen, and the laptop is heavy and feels plasticy and cheap... also to add to all this the charge and power indicators are pointing toward the back, so that the light doesn't bug people (ignore that the entire laptop lights up like a christmas tree with all those rgb, not sure why they made some of these design choices with the indicator lights, but whatever...) Pro: The screen is beautiful, the rgb is diffused well, the laptop is fast and has great specs. It comes with 16gb ram, not the advertised 8gb. It looks cool and catches peoples attention in public, it's a great laptop, but coming from some more premium, albeit older, dell and HP models it's strange to me to see why they made some of the design choices they made with this laptop... it was clearly more about looking cool instead of being practical.

I really enjoy this laptop, it's got a beautiful screen, colors pop. Very fast, camera is great for zoom meetings. It's a great buy.
