Unfortunately my laptop is overheating very much. Running 70-80 degrees on idle and just on watching youtube videos. Maybe there was an error with thermal paste in my model. Will have to return. Otherwise amazing laptop and great design.

While I believe that the overall performance of the laptop is good, there is a unique flaw from this model that makes the laptop less ergonomic. That flaw is that the laptop crashes whenever it is left into sleep mode after a couple of minutes and reboots when you open it up, this can potentially lead to some damage overtime if you keep attempting to use sleep mode. The simple solution is to simply shutdown your laptop when not in use, but this means you cant have a fast boot up + powersave feature when moving around with the laptop. This also seems to be a common issue described by many when checked with all online for possible solutions. Its not so much of a big issue after a while

My teenage daughter loves gaming on this device. Excellent graphics. Fast! Easy to use. Lots of options.

Universal X86 Tuning Utility and Armory Crate really help this PC become amazing. Armory crate gives a lot of customization and both help with performance as it runs hot default. Great PC though, looks good, feels good.

I owned a Dell desktop that lasted 12 years. Then a Lenovo laptop that's 12 years old & still going. I needed to upgrade and wow, upgrade I did. This is by far the most powerful computer I've owned. And although I'm not a gamer, I appreciate its speed, beautiful display (the richest colors I've ever seen), multiple heat vents, and ports, including an ethernet port, which most laptops don't have. The backlit keys come in a variety of customizable colors and the touch pad is a dream to use. It might not be light as a feather but it's really not that heavy. And the design is sleek & cool, including a subtly patterned cover. Best of all, it was on sale!

This was my first time buying a brand-new gaming laptop and I chose this one because of the great reviews. Once I got it I had many problems with it like the drivers being out of date and not working with many applications. I have no laptop experience and just followed YouTube videos on how to and what driver to install and update. Once you get everything moving it is a great laptop. Some tips I have are not to connect your phone to Bluetooth. It drains the battery crazy fast. Also for me, the updates took multiple days like for everything took work smoothly it will take at least a week. The fan is amazing too! Overall great!

A very worthwhile purchase, and a great gaming performance from this machine. Strongly recommended, although be sure to adjust the fans in the Armoury Crate software, as sometimes it can run a little hotter than expected.

I have been wanting a gaming laptop for quite a while. I purchased this one on sale and I am very happy with my purchase. It is lightning fast and can play any AAA game at 1440 or 1080 at Medium to High settings.

I bought this for my son, he wanted a gaming computer. This computer has great graphics. the gaming speed is excellent. I would highly recommend this laptop it is exactly what we wanted. Excellent for gaming.

This computer has worked great for me as a karaoke host. Sound, speed, video and performance all exceed my previous HP.

I couldn't be more happy with this one. The first game I loaded up was Cyberpunk 2077 and it ran great! The screen looks great too, nice brightness and colors without any adjustment. This is a great value.

Love this laptop, good enough to run games like valorant and you can even play call of duty on low settings but I recommend using a powerful aftermarket fan when running higher taxing games

Great laptop that performs better than I imagined! Will get hot on your lap, especially while gaming. Which is why I bought a laptop fan to accommodate. Plays Diablo IV on ultra setting seamlessly.

I primarily use this laptop for some light gaming. I enjoy Minecraft, ffxiv, and assasscians creed. It runs all these games on max graphics without issue. My main complaint about it is that it absolutely adores getting fingerprints and smudges all over it. It's tedious to wipe down, but I hate the shiny appearance my clean hands can leave on the keyboard. I keep mine plugged in with a fan underneath. This thing can get pretty hot without a fan, so I recommend one to keep up with the longevity of your computer.

Excellent product. I run every game in higher settings. Great performance. The screen is crazy good with 165hgz and the colors are beautiful, excellent panel to edit photoshop and premiere.

The laptop is built well and looks very stylish. The Ryzen 9 processor is lightning fast and i havent had any issues with performance . Great laptop for school or gaming, would highly recommend!

I really enjoy this laptop, it's got a beautiful screen, colors pop. Very fast, camera is great for zoom meetings. It's a great buy.

Laptop is good. Screen is nice a bright and crisp. Games run and look pretty good. Epic settings. Fans kick on loud and laptop gets nice and hot when gaming for 30 minutes. A big negative - after playing for over a year the A W D keys start to wear down. First the paint, then the plastic, then they snap in half. I don't slam keys, I simply press. The keys durability is not that great after a year of gaming regularly. You cannot buy individual keycaps either. I would have to purchase a $200 keyboard replacement and open it up to replace it. Currently I tapped the keys back together with electrical tape and it snaps back in and is holding. I'd recommend this laptop if you are a light casual gamer. Everything else on the laptop is great, speed and performance. If you want to use this everyday for hours of play, I'd suggest something else.

Excellent laptop. It has the power, graphics capability, RAM, and design perfect for me. I wish it had a little larger SSD, but the choice between price and larger storage was mine. This is a great laptop. I almost did not go with ASUS again due to my last laptop a 2:1 gaming. I had issues within the first year, but since it was an open box purchase. The warranty was void after 90 days of purchase. My problem was no one informed me of this at purchase. This was a display model open box at Best Buy. So the real fault was the Best Buy not informing me while trying to sell me their warranty.

Good visuals and easy to use. The only problem I have with it is its battery. I’m only getting about and hours or so out of the battery.
