If you need a SC card slot and more USB port, a USB docking station can be used. In regards to the performance issue, please check if Windows and drivers are up to date. Keeping Windows and drivers updated will optimize system performance and stability.

Great and big screen that is great

Not working? Return it!

At the 7th day that I was using it, I tried to turn it on and it won't turned on. Also, I tried to charge it and it is not working at all. It might have a poor battery. I don't know why this happeneds, but Best Buy gave me my refund. Best buy gave a great service, but the laptop itself is poor that's why I gave 1 star. Please observe what you've purchased before the last day of the return date.

Horrible Bloatware

And some other bad choices like a frighteningly loud boot sound. The garbage asus software never turns it off. But disabling it in bios worked. The laptop is fine, reinstall windows and the basic drivers found on the asus website.
