    Just recently purchase portable gaming laptop not that long it's already laggy and slow and starting to heat up the laptop.

    Great laptop came broken

    The laptop came broken, and Best Buy refused to exchange it. Would 10/10 recommend this laptop to anyone, just DON'T buy it from Best Buy.

      All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. ASUS provides one year warranty coverage in order to fix or repair any hardware or part that stop working prematurely under normal usage. Replacement is process from the seller. We recommend that you send the product in for service in order to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. A RMA number is required to send it in for service.     Known motherboard issue

    I had the computer for less than 3 months before it stopped working. I used it the day prior and shut it down. The next day, it won’t charge or power on at all. Brought it to the store to be sent off to the manufacturer and turns out it was a motherboard issue. I also looked online before bringing it in and apparently it’s a known issue with this computer. Too bad I didn’t see those reviews prior to purchasing and I can’t return this anymore.

    The charger is a brick (heavy and chunky, its 2024 do better), battery life sucks, generally not worth the price.

    Laptop never arrived, bestbuy refuse to refund

    laptop is marked as delivered by UPS, but it has never arrived, and bestbuy is simply refusing to refund although that it is their mistake due to unsigned package, worst purchase decision ever.
