    Great laptop but has one flaw the video card. Mine was working perfectly then one day after turning it on the laptop refused to switch to the dgpu and would only work with igpu unless using mux switch through bios.

    Had high hopes for this laptop. Traded in my Surface Laptop Studio for this since Microsoft is currently no longer making Surface devices with GPUs. After reading all the reviews and watching YouTube videos, it seemed like this was the one to go with. Unfortunately, it’s been a disappointing experience. The quality is not anywhere near a Surface device. This Zephyrus looks premium, but looks are deceiving. It actually feels very cheap. There are noticeable bends and gaps on the body- possibly from the screws screwed in to tight during assembly, and possibly from cheap materials. The trackpad is loose and rattles when slightly touching it. It’s very annoying. Apparently this is a know Asus issue that I didn’t catch during my research. Out of the box, it took quite a while to set up. It took a couple of hours to install all the Windows updates that you have to before you can even use the computer. Found out the issue was the WiFi card. It would not hold a stable connection. Luckily Asus had a driver update for it, and that helped a lot, but unfortunately the wifi card is still experiencing connection issues that none of my other devices experience. So if you get one, make sure you set it up directly next to your WiFi node or router. For the most part it runs ok, but randomly it will occasionally freeze up for a few seconds. The screen and the sound have been really nice. But other than that, it hasn’t been worth the price.

    It is amazing i just really hate the tracking pad.. omg that things is bad. Other than that super laptop but for the price they should have had a better tracking pad.

    Excellent build quality, screen, and gameplay is fantastic. 12GB of VRAM should help with future proofing. The hing occasionaly pops but ive heard this disappears overtime.

    Great laptop the only issue i've run into is that the sound clips randomly while playing games... this seems to be an issue that exists on a lot of Asus laptops... Not sure if it's fixable or not.

    Not user friendly. Have not been successful with connecting to any monitors, even when directly plugged in. For these reason, I do not recommend this laptop.

    Laptop is fast, fan noise loud

    Laptop is fast and good for schoolwork, but basic tasks drain the battery quickly. Running games on it causes it to overheat quickly and the fan noise gets very loud. The oled display is very nice but not recommended for playing games unfortunately, which is what I bought it for.

    Battery life is poor, sometimes only 2-3 hours. Struggles with dj software, which is surprising consistently the processors memory and dedicated graphics processor

    I use this laptop for organizing me music libraries i use for Djing. There seems too be major lag whenever rekordbox is in use which does not speak to well for amount of memory and the late gen processor.
