It's a good laptop for gaming, nevertheless sometiems it gets really hot, but to my honest i solved that editing somethings of the configuration

The design is sleek, it's lightweight, and the OLED display is gorgeous, but I must have gotten a dud. Display keeps going black out of nowhere, the trackpad dies randomly, and the entire laptop will restart itself randomly and constantly. There was one stretch where I heard the laptop restart over 10 times with the lid closed and in sleep mode (you could hear the ASUS ROG startup sound) as it was plugged in on my nightstand. If this is how the laptop is new out of the box, I don't even want to imagine what long term reliability will be like.

Peak laptop, best buys problem

But nice while it lasted. Can handle probably all the average person would want, and it was light.

1. Remove all external devices such as the AC adapter, USB devices, etc.
2. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.
3. Reconnect the AC adapter.

The new metal chassis does feel like a step up from the previous plastic version. It feels far more premium. And if its sacrificed raw power, I haven't noticed. Display is lovely.
