Bought open box excellent and is great. Only issue is this is the second laptop I’ve bought that has had this if administrator crap with windows security that prevents you from downloading anything and you can’t just get rid of it. Hopefully can get Best Buy to maybe cover that I hope.

It runs fast, and I can also open CAD programs like SolidWorks without any issues. The sound quality and screen quality are also very good.

I am not using it for gaming but rather running my DAW and it does it faulessly. I am a bit concern though it is suppose to have a 6 hour battery life. I don't think I am getting that.
