I tried getting in contact with customer service but the agent was not answering and chat got disconnected (not first time). I have come across multiple people on reddit complaining about similar issue and how the device is temperamental as well as heating issues. While I was super excited about my purchase, I'm getting slowly disappointed. Opening Armoury Crate was Pandora's box, went from great battery life to 2 hours but resolved it.

To resolve the issue with the WIFI connection, check if the laptop is within range to an established wireless router or access point and internet service is working properly.
