    It was great for the 3 months it lasted, now it's just an expensive brick. Won't buy from ASUS again! Purchased in June 2024, screen stopped working in September 2024. Sent to ASUS for repair under warranty - FedEx cracked the screen in transit and ASUS waited too long to file for damage refund. Or so ASUS claims. ASUS charged me $120 to FedEx it to the repair center, then wanted another $400 to fix the screen that busted in transit. They offered a discounted price of $350 to repair the screen when I asked for my computer back. I refuse to pay for damage that was done after it left my hands. Buyer Beware - computer is great, until it's not. Then good luck working with ASUS to get it fixed.

    Battery Life SUCKS

    Computer looks great, love the speed we have now. I give two stars only because the battery life SUCKS. I took my first one back thinking I had a faulty battery when I could only get 2 hrs, now my second one is just as bad, let my son play games on it and he only got like 40 minutes. Unless I can figure out what is happening to the battery I'll be returning this one also.

    Great until defective, ASUS service issues

    So frustrated. My son’s laptop stopped working right before finals. It is under warranty. The geek squad was not allowed to swap it out so it got sent out for service. We just got it back with a replaced motherboard, keyboard, and screen assembly and now the hdmi connector is not working. We are more that frustrated and disappointed with ASUS service and support. A swap out should be allowed at this point! ASUS does not have direct service connect but makes us go through Best Buy! This is ridiculous

    Dissapointing laptop

    New laptop, only 2 days old. Youtube videos are already artifacting really badly. And screen freezes / reboots every so often. Mouse delay. Screen has lots of bloom. Really dissapointed with this laptop. Supposed to be one of the best windows laptops, but still doesnt come close to any macbook.

    I purchased this laptop, and it worked great for a week. Then out of nowhere, every game I play will drop to single digit FPS randomly. It makes playing games impossible and completely unenjoyable. I love the low profile of this computer, so I will exchange this one for a new one of the same model, and will update my review accordingly

    Bloat Ware, Non-responsive track pad and keys,

    Yeah, no! Too much going on with AI and Microsoft, constantly suggesting things that I dont need and running things in the background that ware down my battery. The distance of the keyboard is odd so I its hard to use on my lap (its a lap top). Track pad is often irresponsive, and keys need a firm tap to use.

    I purchased this laptop for my son in January of year. Yesterday, we found the laptop has an bump in the top center of the keyboard which was hot to the touch and now won’t start up. This is the worst laptop i have purchased! Not even 3 months old and it crashed. DO NOT BUY!

    I strongly recommend avoiding this computer. While it boasts impressive graphics and excellent sound design, it overheats quickly and struggles to deliver more than 4 hours of battery life on a good day. After just 4 months of use, mine shut down completely without warning. Its performance is mid, barely capable of running games. Save your money and invest in a more reliable option

    Dead Pixels Are Common. Beware.

    My first attempt at this laptop had dead pixels, then I exchanged it for another and that one also had dead pixels. I just said I was done and refunded it at that point. The laptop has terrible quality control.

    Broken speaker - no warranty

    The left speaker started sounding broken on its fifth use. The left speaker does not work. Asus says to check the warranty with Best Buy, and Best Buy says to check with Asus. Therefore, I can't get the warranty service.
