    I strongly recommend avoiding this computer. While it boasts impressive graphics and excellent sound design, it overheats quickly and struggles to deliver more than 4 hours of battery life on a good day. After just 4 months of use, mine shut down completely without warning. Its performance is mid, barely capable of running games. Save your money and invest in a more reliable option

    This was an open box purchase that I has return because of a defect. They encourage you to open box but with my experience they dont check that the product is good. The computer worked great besides the screen glitch

    Okay gaming laptop. Gives me a lot of issues compared to my desktop PC. It bugs out on simple things. Decent for running certain games, but not anything that demands decent graphics settings despite its feautres and hardware. I would not purchase a similar product if I needed to again. I would not recommend for purchase.

    It was great for the 3 months it lasted, now it's just an expensive brick. Won't buy from ASUS again! Purchased in June 2024, screen stopped working in September 2024. Sent to ASUS for repair under warranty - FedEx cracked the screen in transit and ASUS waited too long to file for damage refund. Or so ASUS claims. ASUS charged me $120 to FedEx it to the repair center, then wanted another $400 to fix the screen that busted in transit. They offered a discounted price of $350 to repair the screen when I asked for my computer back. I refuse to pay for damage that was done after it left my hands. Buyer Beware - computer is great, until it's not. Then good luck working with ASUS to get it fixed.

    The form factor is small, compact, and fairly nice for traveling. Unfortunately the laptop did not work out of the box and despite having a warranty, Geek Squad could not(would not) fix it. Returned it and bought a different laptop that worked out kf the box.

    Awful laptop - do not buy! We bought this laptop for my son who was starting college. It began to blue screen and overheat when he was in school. We brought it into the Everett store on September 20 and they sent it into Azus to be fixed. Since that time (it is now Oct. 24) the laptop has not been returned. We have been bounced between the Best Buy Store and Corporate with no resolution or ECD. I would put zero stars if I could!

    This ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 is an awesome, power-packed gaming laptop. With its aluminum chassis, this 14" screen laptop weighs 3.31 pounds and is just over .5" thin. It is the perfect size for carrying around wherever you might venture. Its AMD Ryzen processor is fast enough to play every game I've tried without issue. The OLED display is just beautiful with 3K res and with a 120Hz refresh rate, it can absolutely keep my game flowing. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 helps to keep everything flowing smoothly during gaming. The other spec's for this laptop are really top-notch: 16gb of LPDDR5X RAM, 1TB SSD storage and plenty of ports. They even include a micro SD card reader. The audio on this laptop is better than any laptop I have ever had. Personally, I would normally listen to music through headphones when working on my laptop - but with this, the laptop speakers are more than good enough for me. This ROG Zephyrus G14 is loaded with everything I need. And with all of the incredible spec's, it still runs cool. I have had laptops that I can't use on my lap but not this one. This ASUS, of course, comes with Windows 11 and with that comes the new Windows Copilot AI assistant. This is a very useful tool that can help do a lot of things for you, answer your questions and help you get through online tasks much more quickly. There's a lot to it. I am also using this laptop as my work laptop -- it's not just for gaming! It has enough RAM for multi-tasking, and I tend to have several windows open at one time. I am able to run even my most complex spreadsheets, stream video, do zoom meetings. Whatever I've wanted to do, I could do it with this laptop. I am thrilled with every aspect of this ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller, lighter gaming laptop. And an added bonus - they include Xbox Ultimate game pass for 3 months which is definitely worth using.

    Battery life maxed at 2hrs with only chrome (12 tabs on google sheets) and excel open… I would not recommend given the underage on battery capacity (battery health at 100%)

    Computer looks great, love the speed we have now. I give two stars only because the battery life SUCKS. I took my first one back thinking I had a faulty battery when I could only get 2 hrs, now my second one is just as bad, let my son play games on it and he only got like 40 minutes. Unless I can figure out what is happening to the battery I'll be returning this one also.

    So frustrated. My son’s laptop stopped working right before finals. It is under warranty. The geek squad was not allowed to swap it out so it got sent out for service. We just got it back with a replaced motherboard, keyboard, and screen assembly and now the hdmi connector is not working. We are more that frustrated and disappointed with ASUS service and support. A swap out should be allowed at this point! ASUS does not have direct service connect but makes us go through Best Buy! This is ridiculous
