Soldered memory should be illegal!!

As I would defiantly want 32G of memory not 16 which won't be adequate for some games or uses coming out in the near future! The manufacturers wants to force us to buy new machines instead of upgrading. Avoid but computers with Soldered memory.

Horrible quality control

The first had horrible light bleed and the second had a messed up keyboard and ran so hot it would shut off or reset. Such a shame as I used to be a huge asus fan. I even tweeted them about some issues and got completely ignored so lenovo it is I guess. When I went to exchange it the first time the best buy rep said they get about 3 of these returned a week all for different reasons. I should've listened to him and not tried the second one.

Overall not a good laptop

We do understand your disappointment with the laptop and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing camera issue, laptop not shutting down completely, random BSOD and software issues. To resolve this issues, ensure Windows, drivers, BIOS, applications and games are up to date. Updates for this laptop are available at:  https://rog.asus.com/us/laptops/rog-zephyrus/rog-zephyrus-g14-2024/helpdesk_download/. Also, check if you are running with the most current version of the Armoury Crate utility software. Keeping the laptop updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. Additionally, while accessing games or web applications, please ensure this laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance. Also, clearing internet cache or browsing history will improve system performance. If these steps were performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. screen keeps turning black then going back

Unhappy

After 10 months of infrequent use, it unleashed “The Black Screen of Death” in the middle of working. I thought it was performing basic system updates, but stayed down for three hours. I returned it for help which took two weeks to return. Asus…how could you be so cruel! Never thought that would happen to me!
