I bought this early before black friday as a best buy employee told me I can get it pricematched even on black friday if i bought the best buy membership. turns out the employee lied and now that its $400 less i paid full price and they wont give me a refund since they only go up to 60 days. Besides that it does work nice but its overpriced if you didnt buy it on sale

It's pretty good. It might be too thin to do any serious gaming though. Good for traveling. Some software issues, might be windows problem though.. Power settings keep changing almost randomly.

Display is beautiful, colours are vibrant and accurate.battery backup is around 10hrs. Sould quality is amazing with dolby atmos dynamic setting on.Gaming experience is good also.Looks and feel premium. one problem i faced during updating Display driver from amd site is the window update is replacing new driver with old driver....that is annoying...except that all things are working great...

I use this laptop everyday, and i got to say it’s a great Rig. I use it at school, work, game pretty much everything and it’s great. I recommend everyone gets an extended warranty though it’s too nice, though it’s durable i still recommend getting this beauty warrantied.

This thing is slick. Beautiful OLED screen. Solid build. All aluminum. Keyboard feels great. Handles majority of games with ease. Im still not sure how they make those tiny speakers sound so amazing. 10/10 would buy again.

Do not buy this laptop, and be incredibly wary of buying from Best Buy. My experience has been a total disaster, from catastrophic hardware failure to a customer service "support" loop that resulted in me being asked to pay $1,000 to fix their mistakes. Hardware Issues (Within the first month): • Touchpad Failure: One week in, the right side of the touchpad caved in, leaving a gaping hole between the trackpad and the chassis. • Zero Durability: The palm rest began to deteriorate immediately. There clearly was no protective layer applied to the finish, so it started wearing away just from normal contact. • Screen Death: The display cable arrived crimped. The screen flickered and worsened daily until it eventually died completely. The Customer Service Runaround: When I sought help, I was caught in a ridiculous game of finger-pointing: 1. Best Buy told me to come in, then claimed they couldn't help and sent me to Micro Center (where I didn't even buy the unit). 2. Micro Center obviously sent me back to Best Buy. 3. Best Buy then told me to deal with ROG (ASUS) directly for an RMA. 4. After sending it in, ROG quoted me $1,000 for the repair, claiming these factory defects weren't covered by the warranty. Final Verdict: I am now being asked to pay the price of a second laptop just to fix the broken one they sold me. The build quality is abysmal and the support is nonexistent. Save your money and buy a different brand from a different retailer
