Good screen, great hardware, and a company like asus that knows how to keep a powerhouse like this running cool. The only downside I have found is that the fan curve seems to be zero or 100 by default, and it is a pain in the behind to change it.

I added 16gm more of ram, if you add more it will slow down the performance. I also added a Samsung 980 pro 2tb but the manufacturer states that it is not supported. During a freash USB install I had to add the driver on the USB then install it.

Could be quite noisy when running big games, but I noticed that if hooked to an external monitor the vents' noise is halved.

The outside of the laptop and the screen all looked great. When installing the updates the laptop would restart a lot and kept saying there was updates for the bios when the bios was already updated but it was notifying for outdated updates to installed that I thought would install first or if at all but they never did. After giving up on those and just wanted to play some games, I installed my game and I wasn’t really impressed on how everything played and my mouse cursor would randomly jump to the middle of the screen and never really any problems with my mouse before. At the end of the day I just returned this laptop and decided to go with something else.

Great design and functionality

Trackpad could have been better as it skips sometimes even after trying different settings and sensitivity. Otherwise a good laptop

Worked great with everything that I used it for. I'm not giving it a 5 star review since I recently experienced problems with the speakers and had to send it for repairs.

It helps me complete my college papers and at the same time handles robust games such as Baulders Gate 3.

Going to be trying VR on it soon to compare to my desktop but should pass every benchmark just fine.

I’ve had plenty of laptops in the past but they all feel like cheep plastic compared to this one. Also it can do almost anything you could want except play the most demanding games in 4 k
