Perfect i7/4060 combo

It does get warm after some play time, but its not unbearable. Most games i play on it runs great FPS’s and the screen looks great. Overall, would buy again

The computer far exceeded my expectations and handled all of the game titles I was hoping to be able to play, and I look forward to seeing what it can handle as I expand my gaming library. Being able to access my Xbox library from the go was also a huge plus.

The only down side for me e is to be keyboard is small. I like to have the number pad on the keyboard on the right side. Besides that I highly recommend this laptop.

It take up lots of battery while your screen is sleepjng so you might need to go setting and fix that but wvwrythjng else is amazing.0

Drivers were out of date, and the speakers are questionable (certain sound files play as very muffled) which was not fixed by driver updates. The 1080p screen is just fine. At this price point, you could definitely do better in terms of visual fidelity .

Best Buy told me with parts and labor it would be over $1000 to fix. I laughed and said no thanks. I won’t be buying this brand again. The laptop also would get really hot even if I wasn’t gaming. Also the battery life was terrible. Why was this laptop so pricey?

It has very strong specs and there are no issues with power or the screen - it's really rather awesome in that way. The only issue this laptop has is the MSI gaming app you use to modify things while gaming is non-functional. It's an issue on forums online as well. My son and two of his friends bought the same laptop at same time, and all three had an issue with the MSI gaming app you use while gaming. No fixes worked. It seems MSI has had this problem a couple of years. I'm not sure if it affects every laptop but given we had three we knew of that were purchased and all three had the same issue, we can't recommend this. My son's friend calld ASUS for customer support before returning his to Best Buy and Asus said there was nothing they could do. It's unfortunate as all three loved this laptop but given the MSI gaming app was not functional and had major issues made it impossible to use for gaming.
