    trash laptop and trash company, 1. trash quality after just 2 years of using keyboard keys already not working. (those are 3 main keys i use in my gaming X, C and V). 2. get super-hot you can't even press some keys as they are get too hot from day 1. 3. won't take responsibility about low quality products very poor customer service with low knowledge about hardware or software 4. i owned MAC, HP, LENOVO laptops each last me over 5 years with 0 issues BUYERS!!! BE WANRED!!! DONT FALL FOR THE LOOK!!!! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE THIS IS VERY POOR-QUALITY PRODUCT WITH 0 HELP AND SERVICE.

    Same laptop burned my finger tip best buy or asus wont fix the issue. Motherboard fried twice. Horrible experience will never buy from asus or bestbuy... battery fried too...

    After 6 months keyboard doesn’t work,i call to support and let me absolutely sad when asus tellme that warranty isn’t active in my country(Colombia),then i must pay repair….

    Don’t waste your time

    We purchased this for our college age son. After 4 months of routine use, the screen failed in the middle of the semester. As a Total Tech member, I felt confident that we would recieve a new computer to replace the defective one and he would be able to continue the semester uninterrupted. In fact, they made us send the computer for service sending it back to the manufacturer. We aren’t sure when he will get the repaired computer back or finally be given permission to exchange it for a new, reliable computer. This makes me question the value of the total tech program. The store manager said that we would need to go to the original Best Buy where we had purchased the computer originally and they might defect it out and replace it with a new reliable computer. That store is 300 miles away and why should we need to go to the original Best Buy when Best Buy is a national chain? The Geek Squad member that helped us was very knowledgable and had seen the problem a number of times. It seems to be a problem with Asus laptops. I would think twice about buying an Asus computer and do your homework before investing in Totaltech Care.

    absolutely garbage product that i cannot wait to return. first, the key board would just stop working and i would have to forcibly shut it down. on top of this the mouse would just not respond, then a pixel went out. i exchanged it for a new one. now, the the speakers went out and at 100% volume it sounds like it’s underwater. the laptop is kept in a case and hasn’t been dropped or had anything spill on it; garbage product with garbage materials. back to razer.

    Have attempted to load programs three times and each time it freezes up and each time I have to factory reset and lose all the work I've done. Piece of junk and I can't take it back what a waste of time and money. And you try to get a hold of aces to find out if you can return it get it repaired whatever and you don't get anywhere with them.
